This was the most amazing property ive ever stayed at. There are so many fun things available the the kids were disappointed when we had to leave each day. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Great place to stay with kids.

Perfect Family Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here! The place was super clean and felt really comfortable the moment we walked in. The kids had a blast — there was so much for them to do, and plenty for us to enjoy as a family. The location couldn’t have been better… we were right in the middle of everything, so it was easy to get to all the fun attractions and activities. Honestly, it felt like the perfect home base for our trip. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our family had a fabulous time! The kids didn’t want to leave. They would have enjoyed spending the entire day at the house. So many fun things to do, we couldn’t even get to them all. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone who travels to the area.

this Vacation spot was pristine, accommodated my large family, the beds were incredibly co for table and it was the perfect home away from home! If you are in Rochester for an e ent and need to accommodate a large group This home is well worth it!

The house was clean but the biggest fault we had with the place was it was advertised as a kid friendly family fun stay. Why on earth would you have this sort of listing in an upper apartment?!? The fact that we had to be quiet when families spend late nights talking and playing games and spending time together. That’s the whole point of a family trip. We were beyond disappointed and will not be back. We also had issues with how dark the kitchen and dining area were. We also found ants in the snow cone syrup we were using. That was beyond DISGUSTING!!! Not to mention all the syrups and popcorn seasonings were expired. This is unacceptable! This place had potential but we will not be back due to it not fitting our needs. They should be more upfront that it’s an upper apartment and that you can only have fun for certain hours. We were also let down by the rundown neighborhood and the outside of the home. For the price it should have been a stand alone place and in a better area. Our family enjoyed our time until we were scolded because our kids were enjoying the amenities that made us book the house in the first place.

Our listing does disclose that the property is an upper apartment in a duplex, and we strive to provide a fun, family-friendly environment while also being considerate of my family members in the lower unit. Our intention was never to make your family feel unwelcome. We began the conversation with a friendly reminder that quiet hours start at 10:00 PM, and we did not receive a response. Unfortunately, the noise the previous night had kept my mother awake past 2 AM, so it was important for us to address the situation respectfully. Regarding the snow cone syrups and popcorn seasonings, this was not brought to our attention during your stay, which would have allowed us to address the concern immediately. Since then, all syrups and popcorn seasonings have been discarded and replaced. We appreciate your feedback regarding the kitchen lighting - that too has been replaced. We understand that every family has different expectations when choosing accommodations. We’re sorry the property was not the right fit for your needs, and we wish you and your family all the best in your future travels.

Beautiful property

My family was visiting Rochester as we were dropping my youngest daughter at college. This property was close and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the area, being so close to the Lake was a definite bonus! We will be back!

Great Weekend

The hosts were awesome! We had so much fun at this house with all the things for the kids to do. The bunk beds and trundle bed were great for our three kids. The hosts were responsive and we had a great time!

Everything you need and more!

The Host were wonderful the house was everything they described and more! Perfect for a large group of all ages! Location was close to everything even the grounds were very well kept with so much to do out there. I will definitely be back to stay! Thank you for the hospitality!

Great value!

We had a fantastic time in Rochester. It was our first time visiting the area. Our son was absolutely delighted to find all the toys and games in the house. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, check-in was seamless. We would absolutely come back.

Great house for our family with 3 children.

The house was very clean and everything as in the pictures. Well equipped with kitchen appliances and utensils. Towels were also well stock in the washroom and everything was very complete. The street is quite and very easy to get to places that we need to get to while we were there. We had a wonderful stay!! We will return again whenever we are back in the area next year.

Great house for kids

The owners of the house were very responsive to every message. They are truly great hosts. The house has everything needed to keep little ones entertained. The owners metal is arrive early after explaining our situation with what was going on. I would highly recommend this house
