We have lived in Rochester for 18 years and this was our first home that we bought and lived in together. I am a nurse and my husband is a mortgage consultant. We love traveling and tried to make this apartment an entertainment for everyone with the ability to keep it clean and washable. There is very little carpet - besides the stairs for safety. This apartment was recently remodeled and updated.
Why they chose this property
It is quiet, and safe. It is located near a lot of pretty parks - Ontario Brach, Durand Eastman, Turning Point Park.
