The house was adorable plenty of room for two families. The patio deck is great for entertaining and grilling. We were no more than 10 to 15 minutes from FSU, Doak Campbell Stadium and the airport.

We had a great stay at the house. Brandon was very responsive to any questions we had and was a great host. Would stay there again.

Bryan and his family were wonderful guests. Communication was easy and pleasant from start to finish, and they were very respectful of the house rules. They left the place in great condition, and it was clear they treated our home with care. I would happily host them again and highly recommend them to other hosts

Would not stay again

The house was very dated and dirty. It also smelled very strongly of what we are assuming spices. There was body hair in the bathroom and stains on the sheets. Paying almost $600 with fees for a one night stay and it was equivalent to a motel 6. There was garbage, wood and metal along with old furniture in the backyard and under the deck. Definitely a safety issue if kids are staying. Food and shoes in the house and fridge. Just a very eerie feeling overall. We assume someone lives here and left in a rush for the night to rent it. Neighborhood and location was pleasant.

Amenities Disappointment

I left Brandon a private message expressing the disappointment in the amenities listed, providing time for him to update the amenities before posting a review. * There is no hot tub. There is an old bathtub collecting weeds under the deck. * There is no patio furniture. * There is no door between the master bedroom and bath making it awkward when you’re sharing the property with friends and when the led bathroom light flickers all night long and cannot be turned off. * The secondary bedroom with twin and queen beds, the queen is hard. Overall, a very clean property and very nice host. Please update the listing and this would be an accurately advertised home. Thank you!

Hi Sharan, Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Also, my apologies about the hot tub listing - I must have accidentally included it while listing the property. If you're ever in Tallahassee, I'd be happy to offer you a free night's stay as a thank you for your interest! Just shoot me a message, text, or call to check availability. The master bedroom bathroom now has a beautiful farmhouse door for added privacy. Just to clarify about the patio furniture, I do have some, but I keep the cushions stored inside to protect them from the elements. One last update: I've ordered a new bed for the third bedroom.
