Thank you for your stay and happy you all found the house as you expected. Also thank you for the kind note that you left on sight. It warmed my heart. You all are welcome back anytime. Please share the home and experience with any others coming to Tallahassee and need a place! Have a blessed day.
This little hideaway in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for our family in every way. We would definitely hope to stay there again on future trips to Tallahassee!
Very cute house in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood! Close to shopping an FSU. Our large group was comfortable and enjoyed his home very much. Tracey was easy to get ahold of and always responded quickly!
What a wonderfully home for my family during our Sons Graduation. 12 mins from campus and from close to all the great places to eat.
House just needs a 3rd bathroom downstairs for all the people staying.

The house is advertised as it is a 3 bedroom with 2 baths. There are 2 baths shown in photos. I realize the added convenience of a 3rd bath. There were a lot of improvements made to the home and the 3rd bathroom was in the design but got axed as funds diminished. Sorry that you expected something that was not there. Glad that the location was pleasing to your group and that otherwise you had a nice stay.
Stayed at this home with my family for an FSU football weekend and it was perfect for our big group! Plenty of room to hang out in the living room, outside in the yard, and enough space to spread out to sleep comfortable. Bathrooms were clean, modern and spacious as well. Location was awesome; about 10-15 from FSU campus but far enough from noisy/busy college student area. Close to restaurants and shopping. We loved our time here and would stay again in the future!

Thank you for your stay and I happy to learn that things worked out well for you all. I really appreciate the great review! I look forward to hosting your group sometime in the near future!
This house suited our family for the purpose of the weekend. We were in town for a graduation and wanted a place for our big family to stay. Overall, this is a great property. They made some updates on the house. It did seem as though it isn’t finished. Although, we loved the big picture window looking into the woods in the backyard from the sunroom! The kitchen was stocked enough. Plenty of glasses and plates. Toaster and coffee maker. Pots, pans, and utensils. There were a few extra rolls of toilet paper and paper towels, which was nice. No soaps in the showers, which is fine. Plenty of hand soap. The only thing my group unanimously said was regarding the quality of the towels. They were very thin and did not absorb the water at all. I wish they would get better towels for future guests. There were just enough for the group and we were thankful for the washer and dryer. We will likely book this place for the next graduation. (Hopefully, they’ll have better towels by then!)

Happy Holidays Kelly. Thank you for your review of your stay. I appreciate your honest assessment. I will speak with housekeeping again to ensure that there are extra guest towels. And I am shopping for towels as well. So next time, there will be a different choice! Thanks for booking with us and hope to see you another time.

Hi there! Thank you for considering our home. It was built in the late 1950s but recently renovated with attention to detail. I am a professional realtor for over 25 years. I enjoy home renovation. This home is one of two properties my husband and I own and manage as a short term rental. We welcome your family and want you to feel safe, at ease and comfortable. We welcome your sincere feedback on ways we can enhance your stay and comfort. Thank you again for your interest.
Why they chose this property
This property is a great choice for several reasons. First its style is unique. There's a connection to it right away. It's the kind of place that you like better than you expect to. So many areas to gather together and personal areas for private moments. Enjoy the nature of the trees, birds, butterflies and squirrels. Take a walk about the neighborhood. Enjoy one of the parks and amenities nearby. The location is close to the area's Universities and the State Capitol.
What makes this property unique
The construction of this home is quite unique. It was built in 1950s and charm is apparent. It even has a bunker (locked to guests), which is unique to a few of the homes in the neighborhood. There are an abundance of mature trees that provide shading and keeps the house a bit cooler in the warmer months. The neighborhood is quite eclectic- nothing cookie cutter here! Each home is unique. Enjoy walking/running about, but be careful because the streets are tricky and one can easily get lost. I think one of the reasons the neighborhood is so safe is that people and motorists can't find there way around so they avoid the area... a huge plus!
