About this property

Vintage Florida Beach Efficiency, 1 block to the beach!

Secluded private efficiency, just a short walk to the beach makes this a great beach getaway for a couple or a small family of 3. We have a queen bed and a non-pullout couch available (65 inch of sleeping length). On your way to the beach you can stop at the Kooky Coconut for lunch, an awesome milkshake or a variety of snacks. With a totally new renovation in 2024, this unit is updated, very clean and worry free. This cottage is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and a great place to relax. We also have laundry onsite, and a screened in porch for evening gatherings. Both are shared. Nice dogs allowed ($35 extra) add them on # of guests page, but backyard isn't completely fenced. There is a nice place to walk them a half block to the east. Newly installed ChargePoint Level 2 - 50 amp EV charger.

Amazing! Too short of a stay!

We came to stay here in our honeymoon. We love Indian Rocks. Unfortunately, Hurricane Helene has other plans. Our host was very communicative in keeping up updates on evacuation details. The place is so cute! Very cozy and comfortable. A 5 minute walk to the beach but very pleasant. We will absolutely be back!

We moved here from Ohio way back in 1998 to get away from the cold weather and gray skies. And we've been hosting vacation rentals since about 2002. Its fun and we get to meet so many nice people.

Why they chose this property

We wanted a beach neighborhood on one of the islands that was residential and not built up like Clearwater Beach. But close enough to get there on the trolley when we got the urge to go. We've owned and used this place since 1998 and love the location.

What makes this property unique

Our place was built in 1954 and still has that vintage Florida feel, but with all the updates we need today. We've left some of the original item to keep the memory alive.
