Brand new beachfront home on pristine beach.

You can’t get closer to the beach than this! Just steps out the sliding glass door brings you to a quiet, calm, crystal clear, white sandy beach with seashells galore. It’s hands down one of the best beaches in Eleuthera. The brand new beachfront home has a modern, casual coastal vibe while still feeling cozy with a million dollar view. It’s furnished with beautiful furniture, cozy bedding, beach towels, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 full baths, and more. We are centrally located, which is ideal for getting around the island. We are close to all the great restaurants and grocery stores, but far enough to feel secluded and relaxed. The ocean view room has a King size bed with a sliding glass door to the deck. The garden view room has a Queen size bed. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, each with showers. Please note the bathrooms are connected to the bedrooms with no door between. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities to feel right at home. The living area has the most amazing view you’ll ever see. Every night you can enjoy the most amazing sunsets. The house is beautiful and also simple with the hopes of the focus being on your beautiful surroundings. We can’t wait to welcome you to La Concha!

It was an absolute dream home to spend on a beautiful island for the week. I told my husband if I were to leave this earth today, I hope heaven looks like this; an absolute breathtaking view. We will definitely come back to visit.

Cutest little house right on the beach.. sunsets and water were amazing. Only thought is maybe a curtain rod between bathrooms and bedrooms.. clean and cute- highly recommend!!

The perfect house on the beach

We recently stayed at this beautiful house on the beach for four nights, and it was an exceptional experience. The quality of the house was outstanding, with every detail carefully thought out to ensure a luxurious and comfortable stay. The beach location was perfect, providing breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and highly recommend this property!

Gorgeous House and Beach

We had an amazing first time at Eleuthera staying at Krista's house on Receiver's Beach. The house was beautifully decorated, which only contributed to the relaxation during our trip, which my wife definitely appreciated. Having the turquoise water only 50 feet from the house and being able to enjoy the beautiful sunsets each night was amazing as well. The house came with all the basics, and it was we had good luck picking up anything else we needed at the nearby East and Final grocery store. Overall, we had no issues and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful beach house

Krista was very nice to work with. My wife broke her leg so we had to postpone our Honeymoon and Krista was very accomidating. Her new house is about 15 steps to the water on a beautiful sand beach. We loved the house because we could enjoy the sunset every night. Thanks Hrista

Everything seems new in this cozy home. The view out over Receiver (Cocodimama) Beach is endlessly breathtaking! Kitchen supplies are adequate. The beds are comfortable. Could use an end table or two or a coffee table. Could really use a reading lamp, BUT Great place to stay!! Highly recommend!

Simply the best!

Krista was great. She answered all of our questions and made herself available whenever we reached out. The house is pretty much perfect. It was outside of our price range, but we splurged and are quite glad that we did (money well spent). Our 3rd time to Eleuthera and Krista’s house was the best we’ve stayed in. The beach is right there, and it is a beaut. Shallow, warm and beautiful shades of Caribbean blues. Most of the time we had its expanse to ourselves. We found shells and walked it many times. Sometimes we just sat on the couch and stared at the water. Perfectly situated half way down the island so you can travel north or south or just enjoy the beaches and restaurants of central Eleuthera. Perfect. Note: The book of Eleuthera’s 135 beaches was a big plus.

Beachfront paradise

Our stay at this beachfront house was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by sweeping views of the ocean that took our breath away.
