Casa Verde Residence is a brand new, luxury 4-bedroom apartment with a private heated jacuzzi, near the old town of Chania. The apartment Residence is located on the ground floor of Casa Verde, in a peaceful and beautiful central area of Chania.
A lovely open plan area with a living room area and a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and two shower bathrooms are provided. A supermarket, a few local cafes, the municipal garden and a few restaurants can be found in short walking distance.
A smart TV, a PlayStation for entertainment, a big refrigerator, a ceramic kitchen, a boiler, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a washing machine are provided. Air-condition and free wireless internet are also available.
Four elegant bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a smart TV and a wardrobe are offered.
A private heated jacuzzi, a few outdoor seating chairs and an outdoor dining table are provided in a beautiful private courtyard.
Car parking in the plot of the apartment is provided. Air-condition, wireless internet, bed linen, bathroom towels and pool towels are included in the price.

We rented the entire property with our extended family. Loved the location and the coffee shop on the corner! The proximity to the Old Town was perfect, close enough but so peaceful at Casa Verde.
