Historic Whittier Neighborhood - Near City Park & Golf - Fenced Yard

Ideally located in the historic neighborhood of Whittier, our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 1,6000 sq ft home is the perfect oasis. The fully fenced yard is ideal for kids to play—a short drive or bike ride to attractions (Zoo, Downtown, and more). It is only two blocks from City Park and the City Park Golf Course. The bar/restaurant at the golf course is one of the best places to watch the sunset in the city, with West views overlooking the course, city skyline, and mountains.

The home boasts a stunning interior that blends vintage and modern aesthetics to make the place feel like home. The fenced backyard with grass, a covered patio, a picnic table, a grill, and sun lounging chairs make it the perfect outdoor sanctuary for you and your family during your stay. Bring your yard games on your road trip here, and you could make endless memories!

Please note the owner lives in the basement. He travels a lot during the week but you may see him coming and going. He has his own separate entrance through the backyard.

The laundry room is a shared space. There is a one-sided deadbolt for mutual privacy and security.

Please note the fireplace is not operational.

This is not a pet friendly home. Due to the owner's severe allergies, we kindly ask guests with service animals to consider alternative accommodations.

We had a wonderful stay at this property for my son's wedding weekend. This is a very well appointed home, super clean, great neighborhood and very lovely. The google operated blinds took us a little bit to get used to, but that's innovation for you. lol. Would definitely stay here again.

This house worked really well for our family of five. The neighborhood was quiet but beautiful, and the house itself was so close to City Park. Our trips to the Museum of Nature and Science, as well as the Zoo, we're so easy because of it. Downtown or the highway we're equally easy to get to as needed. The home itself was clean and well stocked with the basics!

National Western stay

We rented the house during the National Western. The house was perfect! It was close to the fairgrounds and clean. The beds are comfortable and the house is decorated beautifully. I HIGHLY recommend this property.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House setup is very nice, well appointed and in a great location. Smart home stuff was pretty neat, but I think that it overloaded the WiFi and we couldn't really use it. There was also a 2 AM false fire alarm which wasn't great.

Excellent space for 4-6 people and well located (area still developing somewhat). Very clean and comfortable spaces and well appointed with blankets, kitchen and bedding. We loved our stay at this beautifully updated home in the Whittier neighborhood! The location is fantastic—right near a park and just a short drive to downtown and other great spots around the city. The house was spotless, quiet, and had such a calming vibe. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the backyard was a great bonus.It looks like the home was recently renovated—everything was tastefully decorated, and the bathrooms were gorgeous. Nicely updated home with historic touches

The home was very clean and as shown in the pictures. The neighborhood was peaceful and always had parking in front available. The kitchen accessories provided anything we needed, bedding and seating areas were comfy.

Love this location because it’s close to my family member and the park/zoo/museum. My family and I enjoyed this house and the outdoor space. My kids loved the third bedroom. There’s lots of extra pillows and linens.
