This home is for the traveler, Nomad or adventurer who wants to stay in a Peaceful, Quiete area. This home is BRAND NEW, over unblemished waters that is home to 5-foot Mantarays, plentiful Star Fish, Octopi, Dolphins, Squid and more. It is a fully equipped unit, which is the bottom floor of a 2-unit home.

You can get straight into the cristalline waters from the deck of the home, perfect for snorkeling and sun-bathing.

This home is only accesible by boat; this is how many appreciate the silence and tanquility, amazing sunrise and sunset views and access to unscathed ocean waters.

Boats will charge $5 per person to get from the home directly to town. For a party of one, they will charge $8. Fees change during nighttime hours.

Boat tours can be taken directly from the front porch of the home, making it an easy and beautiful transition from the home to many surrounding beaches and Islands.

Laundry service may be provided for $12 / bag.

Air conditioning unit for $5/day (upon request as this unit should not be necessary as this is an oceanfront property with cool ocean breeze and great ventilation).

An awesome experience!!

This was a unique and amazing place to stay.We loved it!! Lauren was an exceptional host from afar, and the people and places she suggested were all top notch, attentive, and wonderful. The house was so cool! Loved swimming off the front deck and so cool to pick up water taxi rides from our front door! Highly recommend this home for the adventurous types!

Marvelous!!

Lauren was a great host and was on point from pickup to departure. This is a pristine location for privacy and just minutes from town. The home was well kept and very clean! The waters in this area are beautiful and my girl friend and I took advantage of the paddle boards. We traveled to the other islands just 15 minutes away. I will stay here again for sure.

Beautiful, not quiet, and needed a critical repair

The view from the house is beautiful. The owners live next door, and were exceptionally responsive. We saw starfish and other sealife right off the front patio, and went snorkling right from there. The house was clean, and matched the description.On the downside, the area was not quiet. The steps to the house were broken below the waterline, and the lowest available step broke when my wife was climbing up after snorkling, leaving several bruises and cuts. While the owners were very sorry and provided alcohol and some first aid supplies, the scar she's got was not the rememberance of Bocas that we hoped for.

Ok

Der Aufenthalt war ok, aber man muss sich klar sein, dass es sich um ein Holzhaus mit zwei Wohneinheiten handelt. Das Haus ist völlig ungedämmt und man bekommt von den Mitbewohnern alles mit. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Bad siffig und die Toilette absolut ekelig. Selbst die Traumlage und das Angebot eines Ausgleichs dafür konnten uns dafür nicht entschädigen.
