We liked the house location and the number of rooms and bedrooms. Unfortunately my review is based on the cleanliness of the unit. The dryer lint was totally full and the dryer needed cleaned before we could use. We didn’t use the oven given how dirty it was. Finally, we killed two live roaches in the downstairs

We have the unit sprayed for pests by a professional company every 6 months. Maybe Mike didn’t realize he came to the desert where bugs don’t die in the winter and may creep in occasionally, especially with the changing of the seasons. I’m not 100% sure how a dryer can be to dirty to use. I was ready to send someone over to remove the dryer lint for him but he said it was fine and that wasn’t needed. I hope Mike will be able to find the perfect vacation home for his next trip to Southern Utah.

Bristlecone Condo

We stayed for two nights with family and enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and the kitchen size provided plenty of room for food prep and dining together. We did have to stick our oldest grandchild on the coach and had hoped/thought it would be a fold out coach so it was a tight fit for him but we made it work. Loved having two and a half baths. Figured out we should only enter thru garage as front door code did not work. Lovely place place and pleased with our stay.
