Super clean space. Plenty of towels provided. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Quiet neighborhood, easy to find. Basement apartment so did hear some quiet TV noises and some walking from home above but nothing that was annoying or beyond expectations. Great communication w/host!

We enjoyed our stay. This is the third year we have stayed here. We appreciate the kitchen living room area. The bathrooms are well equipped with little extras to help you enjoy your stay. It’s very clean and quiet. We enjoy the ability to have good conversations and fun. The home is well equipped. A great experience!

Great Stay

We traveled to Cedar City for a play, and just needed one night. This place was perfect for our group. The property was super clean, and the host was very friendly and accommodating. Check-in and out was smooth and easy. Would definitely consider staying again.
