This is a well appointed guest house which is steps from the sea and a few more steps to restaurants, etc. It was perfect for a girls long weekend getaway. Comfortable rooms for gathering and stunning views. We were lucky with the weather, but even if it had rained, we would have had plenty of time to visit and enjoy our time on the Cape.

We just returned from a magical stay at this rental. The house was just as described. It was very roomy for 6 guests. It was immaculate and had any household item that we needed. It is beautifully decorated but still very beachy and comfortable. The views are outstanding - I miss the view!! The neighborhood is quiet, yet convenient to restaurants, the harbor, etc.. We would love to come back!!

Amazing views of the water, and access to shoreline. Clean, cozy, and beautiful interior and beautifully landscaped exterior. We stayed in and cooked two evenings and the kitchen is well appointed and grill was in excellent condition. Great spaces inside and out. Close proximity to down town, restaurants, shops, and groceries. Hosts were responsive and very friendly. Our entire stay exceeded expectations.

Wonderful location

We loved our week in this beautiful spot. So close to the beach and water views from the house. Easy walk into Hyannis for shopping and great restaurants.

Great beach house!

We loved the location of this house. The view of the ocean is great and it was so nice to sit at the beach every day and watch the boats come and go all day. Close to restaurants, shopping mini golf etc., something for everyone! The owner was a pleasure to work with and quick to respond to any questions.

Perfect for a New England getaway!

We had an amazing time at Annick’s property! We stayed for a king girls weekend and the space was great for cooking and going to the beach. It’s close enough to walk to the ferry which we did to go to Nantucket for the day. The house had everything we needed and was close to shops. The views were amazing and it was very well kept. We’d love to return!

If your looking for quaint and beautiful scenery, this is the place. I have traveled the world and this ranks way up there! The view of Lewis Bay and the boats going in and out of the Hyannis Marina were just so tranquil. Highly recommend! Thank you Annick!

Week at The Cape!

We had an amazing time visiting the cape for the first time and staying at Annick’s home. From the beginning, Annick was friendly and very responsive. The cottage is quaint and beautifully updated, full of charm with enough books to last a decade! This was an idyllic setting for a special birthday celebration. Best Rental Experience Ever!

The house was exactly as described and perfect for the weekend with gorgeous views of the bay, a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to downtown Hyannis with great restaurants and shops. And Annick was the best host I’ve ever worked with! She was excellent with communication, very kind and very accommodating. She made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. I can’t recommend this property or Annick enough!

Beauty and Peace!

We had a fabulous long weekend in the beautiful beach cottage! So pretty, so sweet and the location is perfect! Walks on the beach and at the marina with boats comic and going out the picture windows all day long. Lots is space for everyone and books galore! We will be back!
