What an amazing property!! The basketball court and hot tub scored big points with my group, my favorite was the kitchen though!! The double oven and large range was great for cooking for a large group and the large counter was great for serving apps etc! Everything was very clean and Jeffrey was also great to communicate with. Well worth the money, can’t say enough good things!

The host was amazing and very responsive. He checked in to see if everyone was happy, of course we were! We got married this weekend and booked this property for all of our family from out of town. This property is beautiful! We couldn’t be happier and will definitely book again when our family comes to town. Best wedding weekend ever!

Jeff's property is stunning, very large, clean, comfortable beds, linens and plenty of bath and pool towels. The estate is like your own private resort with every amenity a family or group of friends would need. From the heated pool (key for renting in Sept), hot tub , full size gym, movie theatre (great for the one rainy day) tennis and b ball courts, outside fire pit, AC in the house that kept us perfectly comfortable for the 5 days. We cooked in the chef's kitchen for all of our meals with our family, easier with the little ones. Everything one needs .Jeff was a fantastic and gracious host, quick to reply with any issues or questions. Helder , the maintenance man was also super friendly and helpful for a minor issue. Great family memories made with our family and watching our 4 yo grandsons swim and learn to jump and dive off the side was priceless. They also had plenty of secure space to ride their bikes together on the secluded and private property. Don't hesitate to rent this estate. Highly worth every penny. We are already discussing dates for next year's family vacation. Thank you Jeff and your staff. The Brown family

We had a mini-reunion of college friends here. This house is stunningly beautiful and every amenity has been thought out. Loved the hot tub (we were a little early for the outdoor pool but hope to come back when it's open). The layout is conducive for a big group or large family- yet everyone has dedicated comfortable sleeping space. Owner Jeff is extremely responsive and even came by to explain a couple things to us which was so helpful! We highly recommend this home and plan to stay again! Thanks Jeff, Kim and family for a wonderful weekend!

Thanksgiving getaway

My family stayed for Thanksgiving weekend it was wonderful. There are 10 of us and we all felt like we had plenty of room and there was so much to do from playing pool, ping pong, watching movies in the movie room and the fabulous hot tub! The area was great close to everything. We all loved the house it’s beautiful!!

Wish we could have stayed longer

House is perfectly set up for a large family gathering. Pool, hot tub, plenty of privacy in the bedrooms. We only had 3 nights and didn’t even get to use the theater room. Hosts were great for communication. Simple check-in and check-out.

Perfect!

This is one of the best homes my family has rented. It's an awesome place to stay. We never left to explore because the home is equipped with everything you need! Jeff is a caring and thoughtful host. We would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Perfect property for a group

The property and grounds are in great condition and offers plenty of space. We had thought it was going to rain throughout most of our trip so we had planned to spend most of our time indoors in the family room, billiards room, and theater but we ended up enjoying the excellent outdoor amenities. There was space for our group and the house is well equipped with cooking utensils, towels, etc.

Amazing Host! House was clean upon arrival, Host had cleaners come in the morning to clean the hot tub which was reassuring seeing someone actually clean it and not wondering when the last time it was cleaned. Host responded to any questions we had, I will say a few items were broken by previous guests so keep and take note of them but besides that everything was amazing!! Highly recommend!

Wonderful vacation!

My family had a wonderful vacation! We enjoyed the pool, tennis court, basketball court etc. There was something for everyone. We enjoyed home-made meals in the well-stocked kitchen. Jeff was very prompt with communication. The house is beautifully laid out and it is very clean and well maintained. We look forward to returning next year. Amazing experience

I came here with a group of friends, and we loved our stay. Jeff's house is spacious, clean, well-stocked with amenities, and well-decorated. There was so much to do around the house–we enjoyed the movie theater, hot tub, pool, and basketball court. Jeff was a really friendly host. I would highly recommend this place to any group.

I think it speaks for itself to say this was my third time staying at Jeff and Kim's home. We love everything about the house; size, location, space, amenities, etc.. We highly recommend renting for family and friend gatherings.
