1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, ground-floor condo. Located near Upham Beach in St Pete Beach, west (gulf side) of Gulf Blvd, just a 3 minute walk to Paradise Grill and the beach on quiet streets. This unit is recently remodeled and ready for your to enjoy!! King size bed in the bedroom. Bathroom has tub/shower. Large smart TV in living room, smaller one in bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans/dishes/silverware etc. Larger sofa has a pull-out mattress sleeper.
One month minimum rental. **I'm interested in offering a great deal for a multi-month rental for summer 2025!! Reach out and let's discuss a deal.
One reserved parking space included.
No pets, no smoking indoor/outdoor on condo property. There are a lot of long-term owners/renters in this building and all rules regarding use of the property are strictly enforced. Max 2 adults, no additional overnight guests are allowed, no parties or gatherings unless previously discussed and approved by owner prior to booking.
Note this property does not have laundry in unit nor on property.
ALL tenants must provide information for background check before I can accept booking.
