Located in historic downtown Farmington, minutes away from restaurants, wineries, shops, and parks. Our newly renovated carriage house has so much to offer! Our 2+ acre yard is fenced offering privacy, a fire pit, gazebo, covered patio, outdoor seating, and large deck….the city park is located next door with a private access gate offering basketball courts, pickle ball, tennis, swing sets, pavilions and playgrounds. Come enjoy a relaxing weekend or stay a week exploring the area attractions.
The space
Offering 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with full kitchen and laundry. 1 queen mattress and 1 full mattress. TV’s in every room, WiFi internet. 2 recliners in living room with desk.

Guests have access to all the areas of the Carriage House and outside areas.

This was the perfect place for a weekend stay! The property is adorable, and is also very clean! We enjoyed playing Uno on the deck while we watched the chickens roam around the yard. We would definitely stay here again!

Master bed length only 140 cm; ventilator noise in the shower though the A/C was shut off; high stools around kitchen island uncomfortable; no sofa for TV watching, arm chairs too heavy for moving; A/C is slow, e.g. it took 2 hours heating from 64 to 71. Be careful when going up and down the stairs because you knock your head easily. Doors squeak quite loud. Quiet place (tennis court and playground in the back were no bother. Many historic buildings in the area around the house. Large lawn with chickens and cats walking around. Many trees on the quite large property. The carriage house may be charming but lack in comfort.

This place is ideal! Extremely clean, well-organized, some lovely furniture - just a comfortable, homey place for a night or a week. Kitchen had everything you need. We loved the locale, too (both Farmington and where this is located in Farmington). These two words may not go together, but the carriage house is both cozy and spacious. We are already saying we have to come back!

We loved our stay in the carriage house! Check in was a breeze and we had everything we needed. Very spacious and beautifully decorated, so much attention so detail! Loved all the outdoor seating and we visited the chicken coup before we left

Beautiful stay

The house was very clean and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, etc. You could easily cook a meal in it. Location was great. Will stay again.
