To say this is a fantastic property is to undersell it. Clean; well-appointed; excellent location near downtown Farmington (great coffee place and restaurants); great size for a solo traveler, a couple, or a small family; very good towels and bedding; comfortable mattress. If we had a beach cottage or a mountain cabin, we would want it just like this - it's that good. We will come back to Farmington, in all likelihood, and we will try to stay here again! One of our favorite VRBOs ever.

This hideaway has EVERYTHING you need and then some. It is immaculately clean, the beds are very comfortable, the furniture is in excellent condition, the AC runs great, its very quiet, and only 1 mile from the event center with a generous 11am checkout time. Zero complaints, would stay here anytime!

The location was great, and the space was very nice. We did not receive the check in instructions when we were supposed to, but when I messaged the host about that, she quickly apologized and sent it. We would stay here again.
