We promise a Sanitary stay!
Book your stay in our industrial themed duplex located in Ingraham Estates !
5 minutes away from Nassau coliseum, Roosevelt Field Mall, Hofstra university and plenty of food choices! Perfect for students and professors as it is 8 mins from Molloy College and 12 mins from Adelphi University. Prime location for commuters as it is 5 mins from the LIRR and 30 mins from JFK airport. Want to sit back and take in some vitamin D? Jones beach is just 20 mins away.
The space
Our unit includes a separate entrance to the studio featuring an enclosed porch, the entire lower level, Queen size memory foam bed, 55” 4K smart tv with Netflix ready to go, a full kitchen and a bathroom!
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge and a Keurig coffee maker in the LOWER LEVEL of the unit.
Keyless entry.
Guest access
Entrance is through the driveway porch . Access code provided upon booking. You have entire access to your side of property . No shared areas . Half of the home is occupied .

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING . ANY INDICATION SMOKING WILL RESULT TO A FEE.
ANYTHING MISSING OR DAMAGED IN THE PROPERTY WILL RESULT TO A FEE
THE PERIMETER OF THE OUTSIDE PROPERTY IS UNDER 24/7 SURVEILLANCE
QUIET HOURS: 12am- SUNRISE
**** We the host do live in a separate private section of the property with our dog. Our dog never enters the guests unit prior or post stays and is hypoallergenic. Your space is completely private. From time to time one of us leaves to work from 6- 7 am . We have an older style home with lots of charm but the stairs and floors can creak a bit . We will try to leave as quiet as possible however, the bed is behind the staircase. ***
