Nice Studio apartment

Unfortunately, because I did not read the entire page with the property information, I assumed when I read that it sleeps 3 persons that it would be ok for my husband and adult son. Therefore, when my son checked in, he noticed there was only 1 bed, and they did not stay. They went to a nearby hotel. From the pictures taken by my husband, I noticed it is a beautiful/clean studio apartment suitable for a couple.

Not good at all. I couldn’t even stay in that apartment. There were bugs, very unpleasant area, very hot, did not feel safe at that location and not a good neighborhood.

The place was very well kept inside, very clean. The apartment is on the second floor, no elevator. There is no hot tub/spa tub or dishwasher as listed. Host was quickly responsive when I needed help getting in. Also made a delivery the next day of some needed items!

Keys

The keys to get into the place didn't work so we couldn't use them. Had to leave bottom lock open and use the key pad to get into the place. Not very secure. Otherwise very enjoyable stay. Also left a can opener /bottle opener as shift.,wasn't open in the place.

Never was able to check in. Host did not reply to my text message that i was checking in or did not return my call until 20min after. I never checked in and now in process of trying to get my refund and vrbo is giving me a very hard time.
