Beautiful , upscale historic home new to the short term rental market

Mary, Thank you for your stay. The home was never listed with a hot tub as discussed in our conversations, so I am unsure where you got that information. I never stated there was a hot tub or posted a picture that there was one on the property. I apologize again if that affected your stay. There was additional propane on the property, all you needed to do was contact me and I would have gotten it for you. As a host, I cannot fix a problem that I am not aware of. The spaces are correctly advertised and if you felt that the bathrooms would not have accommodated your group, you should have picked another home better suited perhaps. Unsure what user friendly/ safety issues you are referring to concerning the doors? A small deck still needs built outside the side door, so it is blocked off because that is a safety issue…There are still 4 other doors leading outside. All the windows function in the home as well, some easier than others as one would expect with an home of that age, with the exception of a few downstairs windows that are very difficult to open and I do not have screens for. The 84 inch television was our decision vs multiple ones everywhere in the home to preserve the feel of the home, and as most travel with a tablet or computer if TV watching is a priority for them. Glad you found the turntable and records fun! I appreciate your input on needing an additional bathroom ( if there was a feasible spot, it would be there) as you know we have fully updated the upstairs full bath and added a powder room upstairs as well. The dining room comfortably seats 8 and there is an additional dining room table, just a few feet away in the game room, for an additional 4. Having a dining room that has room for a table for 12 would be great, but unfortunately I do not have room for a table that size. You were our first VRBO customer. I appreciate that. We have spent the last 2.5 years updating and upgrading the home, and there are a few projects to be finished, we are very pleased with the space. Thanks again.
