The check in process was made very easy. The house and property were everything and more that the lisitng said. The home was so beautiful, clean, comfortable, and private. We had no issues but the hosts were available if any issue or question arose. We would love to stya hee again.

This was our first time using VRBO or renting a vacation rental. This accommodations fit our needs to a T and the hosts were completely open for communication, provide provided us with materials in order to get to know the property, as well as restaurants and things to do around us. if we ever go back to Vegas and bring our whole family with us, we’re definitely going to be reaching out to rent this property again!

There is often some level of uncertainty when you stay at a VRBO for the first time, and not one someone else has told you about. This is a find, well located, spacious, lots of amenities, comfortable, felt secure, nice pool, jacuzzi, grounds, interior very nicely appointed, and the manager was kind, thoughtful and responsive. So we give it 5 stars.

We enjoyed the exquisite back yard and hot tub, relaxing after long trade show days. The home met all our needs and we felt not only comfortable but also secure with the gate security. We appreciated the gate remote! And also appreciated having a 3rd full bathroom!Thank you!

House is comfortable, clean and once the gate closes you really feel like you are in your own little paradise. Our host was fantastic as we worked through an issue with the hot tub. The house is a little older and as guests and homeowners ourselves, we expect minor issues from time to time. This is reasonable and our host handled it wonderfully. The pool is solar heated and even though it was 100 degrees when we left, it was still to cool for me to use. My wife was able to enjoy short swims by the end of the week. We would absolutely rent again, maybe a little later in the season to enjoy the pool in the middle of this very private get away! Thanks for the great stay!

Fantastic property with huge well-equipped kitchen for holiday cooking!! Great location near to airport and super quiet and very private. Short uber or car ride to the strip. Wonderful hosts and spotless clean! The hot tub was enjoyed by all!
