Beautiful home on Fripp. Perfect layout for our group. Amenities within the home were great too, everything you could think of. Communication with the host was always super easy and fast.

Great Island Retreat

Nice house. Liked the Boathouse restaurant. Please consider replacing old coffeemaker and hair dryers. Added a shower liner to downstairs guest bath.

Great house and views. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for a peaceful retreat, as it was away from the hustle and bustle of golf cart traffic, yet conveniently close to key amenities. The nearby Ocean Point restaurant was just a short walk away and became a favorite spot for breakfast and lunch. Moreover, one of the resort's many pools, which overlooks the ocean, was within easy walking distance. During low tide, the beach was accessible by foot, and during higher tides, is just a short golf cart ride away. The homes come with a golf cart for renters. The house itself was great. The main level featured two bedrooms, including a comfortable master suite, a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, a welcoming living room, and a large deck complete with a high-quality grill and flat top for outdoor cooking. The upper level boasted two additional bedrooms, a communal space, and a wonderful deck with a swinging love seat - ideal for relaxing and taking in the views. The house is nicely appointed, from the well-stocked kitchen with all necessary cooking and dining supplies to the comfortable bedding. The house was equipped with several new smart TVs, offering entertainment for everyone. However, the most captivating aspect of the house was its stunning views. Overlooking the golf course, the house provided picturesque scenes of the ocean and Hunting Island in the distance. The front porch also has partial ocean views. In conclusion, this house is not just a mere accommodation; it's a delightful experience tha
