We had a great time at this house! Only thing is they need to specify that the driveway is not on bluefish. It’s on Amberjack.

Great option for two families vacationing together! Plenty of space for the kids. We never felt like we were on top of each other. The house was clean and just what we were looking for. Also a great option if you have pets! We had never visited Fripp Island before. It is a very slow paced and laid back environment. Deer and golf carts everywhere! We opted to not purchase the amenity card and didn’t regret it. The walk to the beach takes about 10 mins (due to long board walk and a trek thru the dunes), but we tend to pack light so it didn’t bother us too much. All in all, a great house and a great option for any vacation!

A lot of potential

This house has so much potential to be amazing but it is in desperate need of a good cleaning! One towel per bed including king beds is not sufficient. We had to go buy towels & wash cloths to stay comfortably. Spiders & webs in the house. Great location and great size house.

Unfortunately, this review is deserved. We have replaced our cleaners and have hired a professional property management company, Island Life Getaway. The house has been deep cleaned and this off season, we are making many great improvements. Please reach out for a discount on a future stay.

Some disappointed

Very nice house. Could use some cleaning. Was only given one washcloth and one towel per person for a 4 day stay. There were plenty of EMPTY hand soap dispensers under bathroom cabinets. Golf cart had no charge on it. I called local golf cart rental place to find out that it takes 12 to 14 hours to get a full charge, so we didn’t get to enjoy the golf cart until Saturday. Spent additional money on renting a golf cart. Lots of issues that really that really to be addressed.
