Modern style and lots of space, this 3 bedroom cottage is perfect for a family getaway or several couples traveling together. The two upstairs bedrooms have a queen size beds and closets. The basement bedroom has an egress window and 2 twin beds. There is a sofa sleeper in the downstairs rec area and an air mattress could also fit in the basement if there are more than 2 couples staying. If you are planning on doing some work while you are here there is a an office on the main floor with a small desk and chair where you can set up shop. If you are traveling with small children there is a playroom downstairs, a booster seat in the kitchen and a toilet set and step stool in the hall closet. While staying in the house you are welcome to catch up on laundry with the washer and dryer or surf the internet. If you are looking for either a fun-filled or chill fall night by the fire you are in luck because the property has a large backyard complete with a fire pit.

If you are looking for a gaming night or to give the children something to do while you watch a movie, the two 50 inch LED 4K UHD Smart TVs in the living room and basement are equipped with all apps imaginable for your viewing and gaming pleasure!

Everything was great! The check-in process was quick and easy. The accommodations were clean, and comfortable. The location was great, and only a short drive from any kind of food, coffee, or whatever Lincoln has to offer. Only wish we could have stayed longer on this trip, but now know where to look on our next stay in Lincoln!

Nice place to stay

The basement has a great set up for kids. The kitchen was adequate for basic cooking/food prep. The upstairs bedrooms were comfortable, but if light bothers you bring a sleep mask.

This home was so cute and in a nice neighborhood. The basement had a great setup for kids with a play room, tv room, and bedroom. The washer and dryer worked great and we were able to wash a couple loads of laundry which were much needed during our road trip. There was a nice backyard with picnic tables for enjoying a nice evening outside. Plenty of dishes and cookware. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. My only complaint is there is a vent right by the toilet, which made it very cold to sit on, but turning the air off would fix that issue. Overall a great stay!

Chilling in Lincoln

This little place was the perfect place to home base for our epic Midwest adventure. The yellow door made it super easy to find when we rolled in at 1am. We had the perfect amount of space to keep my teens happy and the living room was perfectly set for us to have movie nights when we got back. My only recommendation would be some blackout curtains for us night owls who like sleeping past 7am. Thank you for making our vacation affordable and convenient!

Hospital stay

This charming little home was exactly what we needed in a time of crisis with a loved one at Bryan West. It is minutes away from the hospital in a quiet,cleat, and safe neighborhood. The home was spotless and had everything we needed. It offered us so much more than the hotel we spent the first couple nights in. It gave us privacy to be as a family. The home owner is unbelievably fast with communication and everything is exactly or better than described. Hopefully you’re in town for something better than a hospital visit but should you need a sanctuary away from the waiting rooms and hotels, this is your spot.

Nice place

Cute little house stayed there for my daughter's wedding. Only thing I thought was weird was. Clean dishes in the sink left. And the basket of sheets by the washer and dryer. Not sure if they were clean or not but overall awesome house.

A very cute property with great spaces!

I really enjoyed my stay this week. I was in town visiting family and the space was great! Angela made check in super easy and I had everything I needed including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the bathroom! There is a desk that worked well for me to work remotely from while I was there and the WiFi is SUPER fast! The Amazon fire tv made it very easy for me to sign into my favorite streaming services while I was there and then I just signed out before I left. The kitchen is stocked with quality pots and pans as well as all of the utensils I needed while I was there. Thanks to Angela for a great stay and being easy to communicate with! Next time I’m in Lincoln, I’ll look for this property again!

Noisy location

This is a nice place with 3 bedrooms and a basement, but it is right on a very noisy street with busy traffic and noisy cars all times of day and night. It is impossible to ignore the traffic noise when trying to sleep. The pillows are very fat and way to high to sleep on comfortably. There was hair in the shower that had not been cleaned.

Wedding fliwers

In town to do flowers for a wedding. On the hottest day of this year so far we loaded and unloaded our vehicle twice. Got to our house and no air conditioning. Even though it was after hours Angila was able to get a repair man there and cooled my flowers and myself off. BRAVO!!!!!
