Grey House - 2 Bedrooms on the first floor (King and Queen) and 2 on second floor (5 Twins and 1 Queen). Coddle Convertible Bed.Two bathrooms, one on first floor and one on second floor. Both bathrooms have been completely renovated!

Amenities - 6 Person HOT TUB. Expansive Living Area with newly renovated Kitchen with multiple seating areas, a Dining Area and a Family Area, a Double Sided Fireplace, Front Porch, Screened-in Back Porch, Large Yard with huge Play Set, Gas Grill, Central Air, Washer and Dryer & Dishwasher.

Proximity to Lake Michigan Access - about 100 yards to the Berrien St. Beach Access. The only beach access in Union Pier that does not need a staircase to get to the beach. BEACH IS WIDE AND WONDERFUL

Maximum Occupants - 13 This sprawling property is located across the street from Lake Michigan. This home is close to multiple beautiful Lake Michigan beaches and three blocks to the heart of downtown Union Pier. An array of Harbor Country's towns and activities are just a short drive away. The large wooden Play Set is a hit with kids, and a big Firepit area in the back yard is perfect for night time bonfires. This house has been host to many family reunions, friendcations. Weekend getaways.
Grey House has a beautiful open floor plan. Gather around the enormous kitchen island with seating for 5, the 10 person quartz-topped catering table, or the 2 comfy and beautiful extra long Pottery Barn Couches or 2 Pottery Barn Chair and 1/2 reading/hang out pieces.

Best feature of this dream summer home? Only 3 houses from Berrien Street Beach. Although some beaches have been diminished or washed away over the last few years, Berrien Street Beach remains one of the best and deepest, sugar sand beaches in all of Southwest Michigan. You are provided a large Coleman Cooler, best in breed 2 rolling Beach Wagons, and 10 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, and beach towels.

Wonderful experience

The house is beautiful and everything was just as described! The outdoor space worked so well for a group. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay at this property again next year! The owners also had the house stocked with helpful extras-blankets, pillows, laundry detergent, and spot removal-geez thoughtful additions made it so easy to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend!

Great house & location! Owner was very helpful & left us a very nice welcoming basket! The s’mores were a huge hit for all of us! We had plenty of space for all of us(6 adults & 2 littles) Loved that we had plenty of room to all eat together at the table! We didn’t use the hot tub-we spent most of the time at the very nice beach! Son took the littles on a paddle board & they loved it! House had EVERYTHING we needed & we are already talking about a return trip! So nice to stay someplace where the owner has already thought of everything! Plenty of games & we put a puzzle together one note! Highly recommend

Really beautiful home and property, 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Lots of room in the home for our extended family of 12 Memorial Day getaway. I would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay w/ extended family. Plenty of room to relax at this property - both inside and out. Proximity to beach access can't be beat. Loved walking to Whistle Stop cafe every morning. Great amenities in home - plentiful towels, kitchen items, etc. Had everything that we needed.

Great spot in Union Pier

We enjoyed staying at this spacious, clean home. The yard with its gigantic lawn and playground was perfect for the kids. A wonderful screened in porch was perfect for meals. The location is amazing just steps from the beach- many great beach supplies were available to us. We hope to be back again.

We loved our time here! The house is clean and spacious. It is filled with thoughtful details that made our stay extra special! Perfect Getaway

Our family had such an amazing stay at this home. Check-in was easy, the owner was thoughtful and accommodating, and the property was incredibly clean and comfortable. It felt like our home away from home with everything we needed. Short walk to a pristine beach and the home included beach chairs, wagons, coolers, and water toys which was great for our large group with kids. I would highly recommend this home and hope to return in the near future.

Perfect Union pier home

We just had a family gathering, age 3-68. The house was perfect for us. The space was lovely and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed. Great location. We would absolutely stay here again.
