Cozy 4 bdr. 1 king, 1 queen and 2 full, 2.5 bath home near private beach. Comfortable sleeping for six. Outdoor shower. Only 1 hour drive from downtown Chicago. Beach less than 2 blocks from home. Cable, Wi-Fi, 55" tv. Amazing enclosed porch read and relax. Lots of things to do: farmers market, antique shops, wine tasting, kayaking, buzzing restaurants minutes away. If you prefer shopping the Premiere Outlet mall is only 20 minutes away or just come and enjoy the idyllic serenity of Union Pier. All Guest must purchase CSA Travel Protection Policy!

This home was the perfect spot for my family and my best friend’s family from Wisconsin to meet up and have a family vacay. Home was clean and open. Beds we comfortable. We loved the front porch and how close the private beach was. It was a perfect getaway with young kids.

Wonderful location just a few blocks from the beach! The house is spacious and great for our family. Only con- we visited in late summer and the landscaping was very overgrown. There was a lot of sharp plants and poison ivy- made me very nervous when my kids were outside playing.

Great place to stay!

What a great weekend place to stay in Union Pier. So close to the beach and relaxing neighborhood. Our group of couples really enjoyed the house and backyard fire pit!

A Fantastic Place For Our Family Gathering!

This location was perfect for our family gathering. We did over sleep because the beds are so comfortable, but this allowed us to stay up late enjoying everyone's company in the great room. We will be back next year!

We loved our stay! Plenty of room for two families. The porch and yard are nice and the location is perfect! We did miss having a dishwasher since we had a big group, but other than that everything was great!

The home had everything you would need. It is a great open layout and can accommodate a large group. The 2 block walk to the beach is easy and a nice walk. Can't wait to stay again next year.

We liked the house a lot. It is spacious, beds are comfortable. We appreciated a private beach which is a short walking distance from the house. Love the lake, best swimming in the world!!! The only negative was not having a shower in the master bedroom. Also there is no picnic table outside and the area around the grill is really small for eating outside. Otherwise we had a great time! Love Union Pier!

Wonderful home!

We really enjoyed our stay. Just a short walk to the beach, the wagon they provided was nice to haul our stuff and sometimes the kids. This home had nearly everything we needed to be comfortable for our long weekend. We loved the area and hopefully, we will be back next year.

Perfect Michigan Getaway!

The house was amazing and the walk to the beach wasn't bad at all. The entrance to the beach was actually tough to see the first time but it was wonderful once you get there! Overall we had such a great weekend!

Live and work in Chicago; I found this area to be the perfect getaway. One hour drive from downtown made it quick and easy for me to get to my front door!

Why they chose this property

When I bought this property it was perfect for remodeling by being on a corner double lot. I added a second story, and enlarged and enclosed the porch. It was a great decision which added so much room included a very spacious great room.
