About this property

This luxuriously designed home provides a great space for friends and family to come together and create lasting memories. It's been in my family for over 40 years and was recently renovated to bring it to todays' standards. This home sits on nearly an acre of land and features an amazing interior along with plenty of outdoor space to roam. It's also within a close proximity to local beaches and Mashpee commons. Clean and Roomy

We really enjoyed the house. It was clean and updated and had plenty of room for our family of 7. We really enjoyed the two full bathrooms. Beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for daily use items. There was no coffee pot, just an espresso machine. We had to go out and buy a coffee pot. A couple of drawbacks that we found was that the kitchen did not have any pantry area for the food that we brought in. With a family of 7 several meals were done at home and we had to leave our food out on the shelf making it appear messy. The new range was awesome and new, but the large control knobs were front facing and kept getting leaned into. We checked every time we were in the kitchen to make sure the gas had not been accidently turned on. Also no bureaus in the upstairs bedrooms for clothes storage. Difficult living out of a suitcase/duffel for a week. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay again.

Great place in Mashpee

This place worked out really well for our family. The house had updated kitchen and bathrooms. Was very clean. Open kitchen, dining and family area. The rooms for the kids were set up nicely with sleeping for three in each room. Two rooms with double beds for the adult were comfortable. We used an inflatable mattress instead of a pull out couch. Great deck, very private. We used the fire pit for a S’more night. The house was minutes from things in Mashpee, but needed to drive. Overall we loved the place. We stayed for three nights and would have happily stayed for more.
