Here is your chance to experience tiny living without giving up all the comforts of home. Relax in this charming 2 bedroom 1 bath 520 sq ft designer tiny house loaded with all the amenities. Nestled in a fully private fenced in yard and super close to the hottest restaurants, shops and activities in the Wilmore/South End neighborhood. Close to Uptown, Bank of America Stadium, BB&T Stadium, Spectrum Arena, Charlotte Convention Center and all that CLT has to offer as well as the airport.

There is a lot of street parking on Kingston Ave right in front of the house. Pets are welcome on a pre-accepted basis which will include a pet fee of $50 per pet, per stay. Please be sure to clean up after your pets or you will be assessed a $25 fee. Smoking is only allowed outside and you will be assessed a $250 fee for smoking of any kind in the home.

Cute tiny house in great location

We had a great stay! The house was the perfect size for me and a girlfriend to enjoy a weekend away. The location is super convenient to South End, Dilworth, and Uptown!

Hi there, they washed their linens but wanted me to tell you that there were clean linens in the drier when they got there. Didn't like the traffic noise but had a nice time all the same. Spent it mostly exploring so weren't in the house all that much. Thanks again!

Cute Place, owner is great!

Tiny house but doesn’t feel like it with two adults! I think if you had 4 adults, it would feel small(closets were very small). We used one bedroom as our closet which was perfect! There was a miscommunication with the cleaning team and the house hadn’t been cleaned so we had to wash our sheets and towels, vacuum, etc. which was inconvenient after a stressful drive through Hurricane Helene but Scott immediately replied to my message about it and no questions asked said he would refund our first night as well as the cleaning fee! We were in town for the Panthers/Bengals game and it was such a great location to walk to the game and hit up bars and restaurants before and after!
