The Cottage is adorable and Denise is fantastic! The Cottage looks exactly like the pictures, and it smelled so clean and fresh when we checked in. We had everything we needed. We really enjoyed being close to the beach and boardwalk, and we loved that they provided beach equipment for us.

This was my second time staying at the property for Firefighters convention weekend. I did not have any issues the first time, and none this time. I dropped one star for the check-in due to not having anyone there to greet me. However, I was able to figure out what I needed to since I was there before. The place is cozy, the beds could use a new mattress or a better one for me at least. As it would start off soft, but then collapse and then I was just laying on the support board. Not horrible, just not the most comfortable after a few nights. I am a larger guy (6'5" 320lbs) so that may also be a factor. Other than that love the place and will look to stay there again.

Great property, close to the beach and restaurants, very easy walking for everything. Huge bonus they took the pets, who were very excited at the number of other dogs in the area. Would highly recommend.

It was a wonderful long weekend with my 2 young children (7 and 3), my husband and our doggo. The property is very cute, nicely kept, and in a great location! Everything you need to enjoy the beach is right there at the cottage. The property manager was very sweet and very quick to handle even the smallest issue. We would love to return to the cottage for our next beach trip!

We had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the beach and close enough to walk to everything we needed. The rental was clean, well equipped, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially appreciated that we could bring our dog along. It made the trip even better. Our host was absolutely wonderful, responsive, kind, and went above and beyond when we had to make some travel adjustments. Highly recommend.

Soccer on the beach getaway

We needed a place close to the beach for the weekend of beach soccer for our family and this place met all our needs. The owner Denise was awesome. The house was clean and plenty of space to spread out. Close to the beach, boardwalk and plenty of restaurants to allow us to park the car and walk everywhere we needed to go. 10/10!

A Wealth of Space!

This property might only sleep 4 but the amount of closet and living space is incredible. Clean, Modern, freezing cold AC, comfortable memory foam mattresses were just a few of the perks we enjoyed! Even the night stands were well thought out allowing for plenty of clothing storage without hogging up a lot of space! Just remember the yard space is shared so if you are social you will meet some great travelers like we did!

I really appreciated being able to park right in front of the main house. Unfortunately, we had two cars, and my daughter had to park several blocks away. Friday and Saturday nights were loud. Our neighbors partied from about 6 PM until 3 AM both nights. Clean and inviting. Great communication. Cute cottage that fit my family's needs.

Perfect location - quiet street very close to beach

The property was clean and exactly as described online. The Host was very pleasant, and gave us a thorough walk-thru when we arrived. She let us to check-in 1 hour early (after a very long drive from Florida). She responded quickly when the TV remote batteries died. The street was quiet with less traffic than those on either side, but as described, it was only a 2-block walk to the beach. Host provided beach towels, umbrella, chairs and a cart to take all we needed! That was beyond our expectations.

Cozy cottage close to beach and boardwalk

Property was very nice, very clean. Definitely on the small side but fine for 2-4 adults. Also pet friendly, which was a definite must for us. It's about 2.5 blocks from the boardwalk by the convention center/Wildwoods sign. It's also a few doors down from Dog Tooth and around the corner from Mud Hen so overall a great location. Linens and towels were a nice amenity (a lot of places make you bring your own). Bring your own soap/shampoo and condiments however as these are not provided (there were salt and pepper shakers in the kitchen area). There's a small patio with a grill and an umbrella and table. There's a tiny strip of dirt/for the dogs to use and a little park about a block north that was good for morning walks. Patio is shared with the main house but we didn't see anybody else using until the last day when they were throwing out their trash.Only real negative is the lack of parking. There's a driveway that guests are not permitted to use, which I don't get because on-street free parking is severely limited. We showed up on a Thursday and there was nothing for several blocks. Plenty of paid parking (almost 5/hr) but no free parking nearby that I could find. Meanwhile, driveway sat empty for our entire stay. Surrounding properties all had people using the driveways for parking. If the parking isn't a big deal for you than this is a really nice small cottage in a great location with easy access to a lot of what Wildwood has to offer.

Thank you for the feedback. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. We completely understand the difficulties with parking and appreciate your comments. The driveway is so tight access to the shared courtyard is limited with cars parked in driveway. Hopefully that will not deter you from a future visit.

The Cottage was just perfect for our weekend to watch our Grandchildren play at Beach Blast. Denise met us upon arrival and explained everything. The Cottage was so clean, it smelled clean when you walked in. The refrigerator was so clean it looked new. Location was perfect for us. We brought our dog and one block away there was a park to walk her. Two easy blocks to the boardwalk and we were able to get the tram if needed. One of the best parts was the designated parking spot, you could drive your car and come back and still have a place to park. Highly recommend Marvis Diner one block away. The property manager, Denise was extremely helpful and responsive! Would definitely stay here again.

The second day of a 13 day stay I let the host know that of the 2 bulbs in bathroom sink fixture one was missing, and one was flickering. Also advised host that bathroom sink would not drain right and it was difficult to wash hands/teeth. Host changed bulbs right way, but did not fix sink . A day or two later I advised host that unit was not clean, especially the floors, and I would need to go buy a swiffer mop to clean all floors. I also enquired if she had vacuum I could use for the area rugs. She brought me a vacuum to use but said all floors were vacuumed and mopped by cleaning service prior to each new guest. I explained again that the floors were very dirty and I would need to wash them all, which I did. The dirt on the swiffer mops cloths was very bad. About a week later I advised Host that all fixtures in bathroom, sink, toilet and tub were clogged, Host had to have the main line unclogged and fixed the issue very quickly.

We are sorry to hear your experience was not as good as we aim to provide. The property manager works to ensure all issues are addressed as quickly as possible. We do request guests inform us immediately upon arrival should there be any issues such as cleaning. You notified the property manager after 6 days of your 13 day stay with 2 dogs staying in the house. A broom and dustpan are in the unit and a vacuum was provided upon your request to aide you in keeping the floors clean during your stay.
