Perfect place for me, husband, sister and our 2 little dogs, a few short steps to the beautiful beach, with a wonderful big, fenced and relatively private yard (big trees between the yard and street) and an easy drive to the state park and natural areas. We came for fall birding and The Villas is a perfect place to stay for that. We had no problems during our stay.

Loved it! Great fenced in yard for dogs. Right near quiet bay beach and easy ride to restaurants and town and ocean. All appliances etc working well. Very comfortable.

The property was as described. Clean, spacious and close to the beach. We enjoyed our time it there. It was the perfect home for our family. Owner responded quickly to any of our questions. Highly recommend.

Hall bath tub , does not drain properly , constantly had to fight with it , outside shower doesn't work , Bed in master sounds like it's falling apart when you roll over . It's 2026 , the over grown arborvitae's in the front , just give all the bugs a home . Double gate to yard is falling apart , Hoyse is about 75 yards from the bay beach , coukd be a really nice property if it was maintained properly .

Our hostess, Bettina, was very friendly and responsive. We absolutely loved the location—being just steps away from the bay was wonderful, and watching the beautiful sunsets in the evening was definitely a highlight of our stay. The house was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable.The house is a bit dated and could benefit from a few updates. The couch was not particularly comfortable, and we would have appreciated a few table or floor lamps to make the living areas a little cozier in the evenings. We also had to thoroughly clean the grill before we were able to use it.Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay. Being so close to the bay made our Cape May vacation very special.

Another wonderful vacation at this property! This well stocked home is perfect for our family to enjoy the long Memorial Day weekend and is steps away from the Bay Beach and a short drive to everything you would want in Cape May. Even though it was a rainy weekend, there are still plenty of things to do and we really enjoyed the zoo… Thank you again for providing this home for us to enjoy! We may be back this year again, but definitely next year!

This property was perfect we had an amazing time ! Perfect location, private, quiet and had everything we needed. Close to the beach, big fenced in yard for our dogs to roam around in, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for a nice quiet place to stay.

Wonderful stay

Bettina is a great host, very responsive and has a lovely well equipped property. The house is very comfortable and has every thing you will need for your stay. The location is perfect. So close to the beach.

Great location

Perfect place to stay for our family. Very short walk to the beach and a short drive to Cape May. Boys loved being able to fish in the bay and the girls loved going to the beach.

Perfect location - just a short walk to beach access. Beach was very private and quiet our entire stay. The fenced in yard was huge and perfect for our 2 energetic golden retrievers. The master bedroom was spacious and perfect for our travel crib for our baby. Villas is a a quiet town but conveniently close to Cape May and Wildwood for restaurants and the boardwalk. Would definitely stay again.

Great relaxing stay

The house is wonderful. The property is a minute walk from a beautiful clean beach with great sunsets! The property owner immediately addressed any concerns and we had a wonderful stay! Will definitely stay again!

Great house near the bay!

House comfortably held 6 adults and three dogs. We enjoyed being so close to the bay and a short drive to Cape May! This is our second time renting from Bettina and we plan to do so again!

Cozy Cape
