The Isla Grand Beach Resort condo #1001 features views of our pools, along with beach views. Condo rooms accommodate up to 6-ppl with 1-king bed in each bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living room.

Spring Break Rules & Regulations (MARCH RESERVATIONS ONLY)
(THESE RULES APPLY TO SPRING BREAKERS ONLY. IF YOU ARE A FAMILY OR NON-SPRING BREAKER, SEE BELOW THIS SECTION FOR MORE INFORMATION.)

Each guest staying in the room will need to fill out our Spring Break Policy Packet, Share Form, and provide a valid and accurate ID. The main guest will need to provide an active Debit Card to have on file during their stay. If the card is not under any staying guest’s name, you must fill out a Credit Card Authorization

The Spring Break Policy Packet lists all the rules and regulations for the property during Spring Break. Each page must be initialed by each guest and then a signature by each guest on the final page.

The Share form contains information used to identify each guest staying in the room. Such as age, birthday, address, and full name.

Each guest will also need $100 CASH at check-in. $20 will be used to pay for our GUEST WRISTBAND, which will allow access to our events and show that they are a staying guest. The $20 is NOT REFUNDABLE. $80 will be used for the DAMAGE DEPOSIT, which will be refunded when everyone checks out of the room if there is no damage to the room. Each guest will need to be present at check-out for their damage deposit. If they cannot be present, they will need to sign off on allowing another guest from their unit to collect the damage deposit refund.

If you would like to complete the paperwork required to check in ahead of time, you can contact the hotel and provide an email address where we will send you the Spring Break Policy Packet, Share Form, and Credit Card Authorization (If needed) to complete. We will then provide you with an email address to send the forms back to the resort.

FAMILIES & NON-SPRING BREAKERS

Families and non-spring breakers are not required to fill out any of the above-mentioned paperwork. Nor are you required to put down a damage deposit. You are required to pay the wristband fee, which is charged for all guests during the month of March. At check-in you will be required to sign a form stating that you acknowledge certain policy changes and aspects of your stay during your time here at the resort.

There will be loud music playing on the property, sometimes well into the night. The presence of alcohol will be noticeable, and there will be very large crowds present at times. We always ask that families and non-spring breakers keep this in mind when they book with us. We would like you to enjoy your stay here at the Isla Grand, but we understand that this environment does not suit everybody

Host provided ZERO communication and details prior to check in

Host provided NO details on how to access the unit. After driving for 10 hours, we had no idea upon arrival of what to do at all. VRBO platform enables a way to communicate via "contact host" feature - and we NEVER received a reply. That my friends is a HORRIBLE customer experience. Not much else to say.

Birthday stay

First off the room we booked with a wrapping view was not available at check in due to a leak in the pipes. The front desk got us a room upon checkin on the 12th floor and gave us $150 Isla Grand bucks which was very nice of them but still not the room my wife wanted. Everything as usual when we stay there was spot on. The only thing and the only reason for the 3 stars was that on the last day they where doing some cutting of cement on one of the rooms that started around 9am and ended around 5:30pm was not an end to a relaxing weekend we had hoped for could not sleep in and was stressed out with the extreme noise that sounded it was in our room . We couldn't even leave the room since there was an artic front that came in the night before . But other than that was o.k.

Spouse and myself stayed for 2 weeks. This was our first time to rent a condo. We usually stay in the hotel. The 10th floor and corner condo was amazing with respect to the view. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. The unit itself was okay. Not much of a kitchen, which was a little disappointing since I had planned on cooking meals. Basic pot/pan set and a few cooking utensils. There are no mixing bowls or bakeware. The condo itself was clean. Forgot to mention to the front desk that the refrigerator would leak water from underneath it every couple of days so we had to leave a towel on the floor. Also, the sound stopped working on the living room TV our last night. There is also that ocean smell occasionally that’s difficult to remove with all of the humidity and, welll, the ocean. The bath with only a shower had a smell when the water was running. A few of the extra seating seemed to be broken. Six adults in this unit would be very tight. It’s the right size for a family of four. The AC unit worked very well. I’m torn on if we will rent this unit again. We liked it in general. It doesn’t seem to be maintained. My thought is that the owner doesn’t spend much time there. We really enjoyed the view. We love Isla Grande Resort and have been visiting for more than 20 years. We have not stayed anywhere else. The sunsets, sunrises and moonrises were amazing!
