Stayed 3 nights for the Red River Rivalry. House is very nice and AC works great. We were very comfortable with the 4 king beds. Neighborhood is rough but we didn’t have any issues. Good place if you need to be near downtown.

Cute and close to downtown

It’s close to get to Downtown Dallas. As you suspect the neighborhood is not the best, but we didn’t have any issues. My main complaint with the space is the small amount of towels, spoons, paper towels..

The house was clean and spacious rooms, beds were comfortable. It was nice to bring our dogs. Inside needed a little maintenance several broken dresser draws, remotes missing, not enough washcloths and the kitchen had minimal supplies. This was not a big deal and i did let the owner know. If the house was in another area i would stay here again. We saw a drug deal on the street conner on the way in a few doors down, and my kids saw people fighting in the neighborhood. The house is probably the nicest one in the neighborhood. As a single woman with her adult and teen kids i was happy i had my dogs with me because the neighborhood was a little scary. We felt safe in the house with the doors locked because they were nice and secure with a security system.
