Things to note:

-There is only parking for up to 4 vehicles. Additional parking is NOT available.

-Events or gatherings over 12+ must be discussed with owner before booking.

-We do not allow ANY events. No weddings.

-A rental contract is required to be read over and signed upon reservation.

-At the end of your stay we have a list of check-out instructions for you to follow before departure. If you would like to opt out of this we can have the cleaners do the check out instructions for $100. Please give at least 48 hour notice.

-There are 3 security cameras on property. One on the back patio, one on the garage and one in the elevator.

-There is absolutely no street parking. 4 cars is the limit.

-We provide Youtube TV for our cable provider. Which includes most NBA and NFL games.

-Highchair and pack n play is available upon request.

Great property in Heber Valley!

Our family of 15 loved the property. Lots of space and activities for everyone! We loved the views and it is well taken care of. The property manager (Elora) was super responsive and helpful as well.

Perfect Heber Valley Getaway!!

This home is immaculate. We came into town for a sibling reunion before my sister left on a mission for the next 3 years. The home is exactly as advertised, and all the amenities were perfect. The bedrooms are amazing and there is room for everyone. Bart and Michelle are the perfect hosts! Thanks again!

Perfect Mountain Getaway!

We had the best time at Bart and Michele’s property! The house was gorgeous and had so much space for our group to spread out! Beautiful kitchen. Massive, very clean hot tub with gorgeous sunset mountain views. Lots of in-house entertainment (pool table, etc). Easy drive to Park City for skiing. Super close to grocery store. The hosts and their property manager Elora were super easy to get in touch with and available for any last minute questions. Easy check-in/check-out process. Had the best time! Thanks for a memorable trip!
