Secluded Midway Mountain Cabin near Park City, Golf & Snow Sports-7 bdrm/4ba

Completely renovated cabin in Midway, Utah that sleeps 20+. This 3500 square ft. home sits on two very private acres and surrounded by mature trees, so feels like you are alone in the woods. This is not your typical crowded resort. This is a quiet piece of paradise in the mountains. It is fully furnished, and includes all the comforts of home. The cabin is close virtually every outdoor activity and hiking trails, but once you are there, you may never want to leave the cabin! Only 20 minutes to both Jordanelle and Deer Creek Reservoirs, 30 minutes to Park City and three options for 18 holes of golf just minutes away (Wasatch Golf Course, Homestead Golf Course, Soldier Hollow Golf Course). You can mountain bike, snowmobile and ride ATV's right from the property up numerous trails throughout the canyon.

Park City, Deer Valley, Canyons and Sundance Ski resorts are less than 30 minutes away, and we keep the road to the cabin plowed year round. Book a ski vacation for a fraction of the price of Park City accommodations, and make the short drive.

More details:
It is located up Snake Creek Canyon, just two miles west of the Wasatch Golf Course in Midway, Utah. It has a completely stocked kitchen with place settings for 16. There are four full bathrooms plus laundry facilities.

There are seven bedrooms/sleeping areas and four full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with an en suite private bathroom and french door access to the wrap-around deck. Another bedroom on the main level has a queen bed, also with exterior deck access.

The huge loft has a queen bed and three bunkbeds that are twin or full over full sized, plus a "hidden" twin XL. Three of the guest bedrooms have queen size beds, one of which includes a trundle with two twins. The last guest room has a "window wall" with stunning forrest views and a private deck, with a queen bed. They are all very comfortable mattresses with nice linens.

The cabin has Wi-Fi and DirectTV satellite television services. The property is situated on three lots, so there is lots of parking and roaming space. Includes a ping-pong table, video games, and board games.

The road to the property is plowed all year round but you will need an all-wheel drive vehicles to access the cabin, especially after a hard freeze or an extra heavy snow fall.

The cabin is completely cleaned and sanitized after each stay in accordance with the CDC guidelines.

The homeowner was always very nice and helpful with anything we needed. If I asked for any recommendations on food, rentals or anything around the area it was provided. Wish it had a hot tubguys perfectly.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

This cabin was perfect for our girls weekend getaway. It’s a beautiful cabin in the mountains while being close enough to Midway, Heber and Park City to eat out and shop. Ann was a fantastic host! We booked our next stay before we even left.

Family Reunion

We had six couples and this cabin was perfect. Tucked away in the mountains with fantastic feel, comfortable, and well stocked. We enjoyed our time greatly. We visited Cascade Springs and loved that too. Midway is quiet, beautiful, and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Great place for retreat

This was a perfect place for a girls retreat! Plenty of rooms, lots of bathrooms, well stocked kitchen- such a comfortable and inviting space. So clean inside and out. The location is excellent!

Team wants to return again!

For our executive team offsite planning trip, we wanted a secluded cabin that was close to fun amenities such golf and great restaurants, but it had to have great internet connectivity and enough rooms for each individual This cabin was ideal. The kitchen and its massive island had everything we can imagine. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean and great sized. We went golfing twice to courses 10 minutes away and enjoyed restaurants at Blue Boar, Cafe Galleria, and 1886 at Homestead. Hosts were amazingly accommodating and communicated super well. The team expressed a desire to return here again in the future.

Great family cabin with very responsive owners.

This is a great family cabin. There were 15 of us and everyone fit very nicely here. It’s comfortable, it’s beautiful, it’s spacious, it’s everything we wanted. The location is superb. Midway is a beautiful town. The canyon was gorgeous. We found lots of fun things to do there. I highly recommend this cabin. The owners are very responsive and wonderful to work with.

Winter Wonderland

Absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed our one week stay and felt like we were in Hallmark movie. The house is very well stocked. If not the best from the previous houses we stayed at. Owners are very kind and were always checking up on us if we needed anything. THANK YOU!!!! We had a fantastic time.

Great Location with Attentive Owners

A beautiful house nestled in the back of a property. The rooms were spacious, kitchen was well stocked with appliances, and the beds were numerous and as advertised. We had trouble with the heat (though not unbearable) and the owners had a technician out that evening- so accommodating! A great house for a big group with plenty of space… not to mention the picturesque snowfall we got!!! Highly recommend

Perfect escape!

We had our ward youth girls camp at this cabin. It was the perfect stay! The location is remote and felt totally private, which is exactly what I was looking for! We were outside most of the time, with plenty of activities to do on this amazing property! The cabin itself was very clean, everything just as described! The Beals have been an absolute pleasure to communicate with as this had been months in the making. Check in and checkout was a breeze. This was deemed our favorite girls camp ever, thank you so much!!

Great quiet canyon getaway

One of the best mountain cabins we’ve ever stayed in. Perfect for our big family group of 13 with kids ages infant to 7. Very secluded, beautiful scenery, comfy beds, great decks, lots of parking, saw deer all 6 days, close to 2 reservoirs, golfing, restaurants close by. Had lots of kitchen appliances, spices. Lots of large gathering spaces. And a yard big enough for corn hole or frisbee. Would definitely stay here again! Owners were very responsive and wanted to make sure everything was good for us. Top notch!

Winter retreat

We had a wellness retreat for our trainees which was much appreciated. The owners made check in and out easy and clear. 4wd or chains needed to go up driveway after snowfall, one in our group got stuck and put on chains. It was easy to get to Sundance where there are two EV chargers. There are no nearby Superchargers, so bring your adapter.

Above Expectations!!

Hands down the best rental home and host we’ve had to date - and we love to travel! Ann goes above and beyond to make sure EVERY need is thought of. We happened to stay during during a time when the area was receiving an unusual amount of snow. Ann and her husband had the area plowed multiple times for our ease of use. The home was very clean, super spacious and had all the amenities we could possibly need (and more). It was really like being at home but in a beautiful winter wonderland. If you are viewing this property you’ve come across a hidden gem!

BEST BIRTHDAY/SNOW TRIP EVER!

We are a large ski & snowboard group. We travel every year &, by far, this was the BEST home we have ever stayed at! Staring from before the trip, the owner made us feel welcome! She kept us informed of the weather, etc. If you go in the winter you will need 4 wheel drive or chains to go up the mountain, but it is totally worth it! Where to start? The home is AMAZING! The entire home is so spacious and complete. We were all spaced out never feeling cramped, and plenty of room for all of us to be together for dinner time or socializing in the living room after a long day on the slopes. I love to cook and the kitchen was fully equipped. The bedrooms where very roomy as well. The cabin has an amazing view, and very quiet and peaceful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Cozy cabin in the woods

The cabin exceeded all our expectations! It was exactly what we wanted/needed for a last minute winter getaway with family visiting from out of town. We enjoyed the little book about the renovations of the cabin and how it came to be what it is now. It is completely stocked with all your needs. The owner also left tubes and sleds for us to play with which we used just sledding down the driveway. We had such a blast! It was an amazing place to make new memories with our family. It has a feeling of being miles away from everything but in reality it was only minutes away from all of our activities (sledding at Soldier Hollow, snowmobiling at Wasatch State Park, and Ice Castles). We were definitely in a Winter Wonderland and we loved every minute of it! We were all so bummed when it was time to leave, especially the kids! And last but not least, the owner(s) are very quick to respond to any concerns or questions. Highly recommend this beautiful place!!

Excellent Cabin, Excellent Location, Excellent Owners!

The cabin was used for a business retreat for 10 Adults over multiple days and it was better than expected. We will be returning to use this cabin again! The cabin is larger than it looks, has plenty of parking, and we were easily able to cook together, meet together, and eat together. There is plenty of seating, gathering spaces, large beds and 4 full-size bathrooms. In addition, there is plenty of deck space outside of the cabin. The communication from the owner was clear and easy to understand and follow. The cabin is in a magnificent location and we all enjoyed nature and peace and quiet due to the location. Although remote and peacefully situated up the mountain, town is a short drive away and the high-speed internet was sufficient for our large group of adults with multiple devices. Although cell service was not available due to the location, WiFi calling was smooth and convenient. (WiFi signals were strong and clear on the main level, downstairs, and upstairs!) The cabin is up-to-date, clean and luxurious. Everything is bright and comfortable.

Absolutely wonderful secluded cabin!

I cannot write enough wonderful things about this house. We were really looking for a secluded cabin in the snow.. this lovely home is just that. It's secluded, its private.. it has the most beautiful views from every window and every door/balcony. It feels as if you are in the middle of no where. There was an over abundance of warm cozy blankets to snuggle with.. more than plenty of beds, places to sleep and things to be entertained with. We loved that there was toys for the small ones to enjoy. The home is very well taken care of, and very clean. We brought every thing we needed from home, for cooking, toiletries, etc but the owners had this home stocked so well. Cooking sprays, spices, shampoos, ziplock bags, plastic wrap.. everything you could need. We have been to many vacation homes and this one was by far that most comfortably stocked for our stay. Also, we were looking forward mostly for snow.. but Utah has been so warm this winter that we knew going on this trip that most likely there wouldn't be snow at the property. Much to our surprise, 2 mins before you enter the property there was a bunch of snow everywhere. This was a total surprise as midway had no snow anywhere else. It was lovely. There was so many places to sled on the property. Also, the owners are so helpful, everytime I emailed them before/after booking the property, I had a reply from them instantly. That was very much appreciated. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We look forward to coming back very soon!

This is a family cabin that was built by my late grandfather over 20 years ago. We recently completely renovated the home and are excited to share it with others.

Not only does it offer a quite, secluded location surrounded by trees and wildlife, but you are only a few miles away from Midway and Park City for all the conveniences and necessities. A full-sized grocery store and outstanding restaurant options are only five miles down the road.

Lots of parking and areas for tent camping for those who want to add a little "adventure" to their stay. The ambience at this property is unlike anywhere else, plus it is a great value. Whether you are a hiker, skier, boater, golfer or "couch sitter," our cabin is the perfect spot.
