Our spacey 2023 new build has over 1500 sq. ft., 3 BEDROOMS, 2.5 BATHROOMS and is just 10-minutes from Winter Park Ski Resort!

The Lodge is ideal for groups of friends or family enjoying the mountain year around with their well behaved four legged friend. The property has a hot tub, many games, and walking distance to a coffee shop, breweries, & more.

The space
Centrally located in Fraser, CO within minutes to the largest grocery in the area, Safeway, fantastic breweries, restaurants, & other entertainment.

Our 1500+ sq. ft. two story, mountain home features 1 KING and 2 QUEEN beds all in their own private room. The final QUEEN bed is located in the living room and is a comfy sleeper sofa.

You will have access to our entire home with the exception of a detached storage unit and locked indoor cleaning & linen closets.
