Great location right on Fraser river. 2 paddle boats available for sunset cruises on the development lake. Very well stocked and convenient layout. Great communication with the host. Nice location, would recommend pontoon boat rental on Shadow Mountain Lake!

This is our second year staying in this area. We love it. Fishing for kids is great! Saw lots of mule deer on the property! This was ideal location for access to fishing ponds and river. Had all the accessories we could think of. Communication was great and very prompt ! We really enjoyed our stay.

Miranda, coming back for a second year says plenty, and mule deer on the property plus easy reach of the ponds and river is a good reason why. Glad the kids had such good fishing. The water will be here when you want a third season.

Very beautiful cabin in a beautiful setting with easy access to everything we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils we needed. The master room bed was very comfortable. It is easily one of the nicest stays we’ve had.

Staying here made our trip wonderful! Great location & lots of windows so we could hear the river and feel the evening breeze. The views are spectacular & the amenities are great. Easy to find & get to various surrounding towns. Lovely experience!

Great location for family and pet

We had a really nice stay at this spot. Could hear the river through the windows all night. Kitchen is well-appointed, and it’s a nice drive to surrounding areas like Grand Lake, RMNP and Steamboat.Would be nice if primary bedroom had a ceiling fan.

Family visit

Great Location

We loved the neighborhood. Loved the river. Loved the location. Loved the town. We loved all of it!! Cozy house with all of the basic necessities that you needed. We have sent this house to several friends; that’s how much we loved it!

Great location

The property was very clean and seemed like it was recently upgraded, kitchen contained everything you might need. The location was great just a short drive from Lake Granby. The only thing I was not too happy about was the fact that there are no blinds/curtains in the downstairs area for privacy, but other than this place is great if you need a quick quiet family getaway weekend.

Loved the property annd house. Very comfortable. Only would suggest having window coverings on the front windows and sliding glass door. With many neighbors around it didn’t feel as private in the evening hours. Thank you for an excellent overall stay.
