We welcome you to our home. We designed our condo to be very modern, but trendy. We hope you’ll love the cozy feel. Our place is perfect for family and friends, with lots of games to choose from, for adults and children. This condo has 1550 sft so there’s plenty of room for everyone. We’re also centrally located right on the border of Boise, Meridian, and Eagle. Just minutes away from the beautiful village in Meridian, and just minutes away from Eagle and the famous Boise River Green Belt.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please take off the shoes in the home.

Trash is on Monday please take out the trash cans on Sunday, separate them by 2 feet so the truck claw and get them.

Please start a load of linens, preferably the sheets and pillowcases. This helps with the cleaning tiles and allows guests to check in earlier if needed sometimes.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

CHECKING OUT, Please gather all the white towels and put them in the washing machine. Please add the soap and start the machine.

CHECKING OUT,Please put all trash into the main garbage bin in the garage. Please replace all trash bags with new ones located under the kitchen sink

CHECKING OUT, Please walk through the house and turn off all the lights and heaters or air conditioners. Make sure the refrigerator door is shut.

Great place to stay!

My family and I enjoyed staying here. The home was very clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed for a nice weekend in the Boise area. Frank, the owner, was very responsive and thorough. I enjoyed working with him. We will look to stay here next time we go to the Boise area.

The host, Frank, was responsive to my questions before booking and then checked in on the day of our reservation to ensure everything was fine. The property is well-equipped, nicely furnished, and has ample towels / bedding. It's conveniently located near The Village at Meridian and about 20 minutes from downtown Boise.

Great home

Townhouse is very comfortable, clean and quiet. It had everything we needed for our busy weekend. It was nice to have a place to relax between games all weekend. We will definitely put this one on our favorites list for future trips.

Perfect for our needs

We loved our stay here! The house was clean and beautifully appointed. There was everything you could need in the kitchen including coffee for the mornings. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable and the AC worked great. The garage was also a wonderful bonus for us to park our truck in. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect place in Meridian

This was the perfect place for our family to stay. We were in Meridian for a wedding in the LDS temple and felt this was exactly what we needed. With young adult children, it was nice to have three seperate bedrooms and three bathrooms so everyone could get ready. The home was new and clean with everything we needed. Thank you for the snacks, games, and recommendations. It was so easy to get in with the code. If we need to come back, we would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation to Idaho

My family and I really enjoyed staying in this lovely home . Stores were near by which was very convenient for my family and I because we love to cook. The kids really enjoyed staying in the play room which had plenty of games for them to play and keep them entertained. The comforter in the two other rooms were so soft we slept amazing!! We had plenty of space to store ALL our clothes and shoes . I loved the closet space . Now don’t get me started on the kitchen . It was beautiful and and had plenty of cups and plates for us to use . Seasonings to cook, foil and lunch bags. It had literally everything we needed . Felt like home (:
