Large lanai with covered pool, waterfall & heated, lighted spa. Washer and dryer, wash tub and numerous beach chairs, pool floats and wagon available for use. Excellent location with abundant shopping and restaurants equally situated between Sarasota and Venice. 5 minutes to Nokomis beach and Oscar Scherer State Park. 20 mins to Siesta Key Beach.

Great home for family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this home. We had two families with young kids stay here and the home offered everything we could want/need and more. The layout was perfect, the house was clean, the pool and hot tub were awesome, the supplied beach equipment was very much appreciated. No complaints - 5 stars - we will definitely book again next time we come to the Nokomis area!

Spring break getaway

Beautiful house, great pool and hot tub, comfy furniture - my husband is ready to buy a new couch like the ones there! The location is near the beaches, grocery stores, and restaurants, along with Oscar Scherer state park. It's an easy 45 minute drive from the Punta Gorda airport. The owners are very responsive to any questions we had. We had a great vacation with friends and our son on his last spring break before he graduates from Purdue, plenty of room for 6 adults. We can't wait to return!!
