Welcome to the brand new house at Nokomis!13 min away from charming shores of Casey Key Florida .Just 20 min to downtown Sarasota with number one at Forida Siesta Beach.Nokomis beach offers more then 14 miles of beautiful seashore.The Nokomis beaches are often described as "hidden gems".The sparse crowds on the beach are usually either locals,or guests from nearby vacation rentals.Beautiful parks,kayaking,paddling,drumb circle, fishing,seashell hunting,surfing etc.Come and enjoy the ammenity center with a resort style infinity-edge pool,fitness center,lakefront activities room,tennis and a large fire pit.
