Why they chose this property
I lived in this neighborhood for 10 years! it is close to the University of Az, Botanical Gardens, Whole Foods, and many restaurants, but has a "rental" feel, as there are apartments to the north and south.
What makes this property unique
This home has the look and feel of the 1940s, with modern conveniences...new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, 50 gal water heater, new kitchen, etc.
