Brand new furnishings, high lofted ceilings, loads of natural light, spacious floor plan - enjoy modern comfort and technology in a classic Victorian style home. The pictured living room, dining room, half bath and kitchen are located on the main floor, all three bedrooms and two full baths are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has direct access to the upper balcony. The location of the Victoria House is unbeatable - overlooking Adoue Park, you're just a two block walk from Mosquito Cafe and Patty Cakes Bakery (very delicious, we highly recommend), a 3 minute drive to the beach and a 2 minute drive to the Strand.

Nestled between the beach and the Strand, this home is only 2 minutes from the sands. Downtown, University of Texas Medical Branch, and the cruise port are also close. Stroll 2 blocks for breakfast at the Mosquito Cafe and Patty Cakes Bakery. NOTE: parking on the street in front of the home is free on Saturdays and Sundays, we also provide two parking passes for those guests staying during the week.

The Victoria House overlooks Adoue Park. The park has a large, open grass area and playground— perfect for your pets and kids! We also recommend walking the three blocks to Mosquito Cafe and Patty Cakes Bakery for a coffee break, breakfast, lunch, or dinner— so delicious!

- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8+ would need to be approved. We love hosting church groups, family reunions, etc., but do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- We provide two parking passes which are located in the mail holder just inside the front door. Please make sure to return them when you checkout to avoid an additional charge of $250 per pass. For any additional cars, there is free two hour parking during the week and free parking on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
