SAIL AWAY OBX is fully furnished with high end beach decor and finishes, with an open concept living room / kitchen and vaulted ceilings throughout to provide a spacious feel and room for all. Community Pool steps from your door open May-Oct. dates tbd The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, sparkling quartz countertops, and a grand island to seat 6.

Grab your morning cup of joe with an easy to use Keurig or drip coffee pot, relax on the front patio and enjoy the fresh air, cook on your private gas grill, while the children run around the large grassy field, and rinse off after a day at the beach with your private outdoor shower.

The 2 King bedrooms come with vaulted ceilings, closet, dresser storage and Smart TVs.
- Master Bedroom 1 has an Ensuite Bathroom with sparkling quartz countertops and a large standup tiled shower.
- Master Bedroom 2 has a private entry to the 2nd full Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combo and Sparkling Quartz Countertop, this bathroom also provides access from the main living space.
- Relax after a long day at the beach in the highly appointed living room, with a large flat screen smart tv with Spectrum Cable. The sofa folds out to a queen bed for your extra guests.

High Speed internet/wifi is provided for your family to enjoy. Spectrum app provided for tv or sign into your favorite app.

It is directly adjacent to the Sound, and a few minutes of driving through the picturesque landscape of Corolla trees and sand will take you straight to the park! This was an outstanding condo in every way, perfectly clean, nicely decorated and had everything to make your stay perfect. The beds were comfortable, showers were great and the pool was clean as well as all the property area. We enjoyed the 10 minute walk to the beach and discovered a beautiful nature trail along the sound which was right across the street. Restaurants and shopping were nearby. We were happy we could include our dog on our trip. I would highly recommend this place and plan to return!

Nice Getaway

In a very nice location with plenty of things to do nearby. Close to grocery store and all sorts of shops. Not far to Currituck Lighthouse and 4 wheel drive beach where the wild horses can be seen! The condo was very clean and beautiful!! Thank you Lisa!!

Clean, organized and stylish

We arrived late during a rain storm and had no issues with the check in process. We were all excited to see the beautiful house, bedrooms and bathrooms. Having a washer / dryer is a big plus if you tend to pack light. We highly recommend this property. Also, its a short pleasent walk to the beach.

Anniversary Getaway

We drove down from Williamsburg VA to stay at Lisa’s property for our 21st wedding anniversary. Everything about our stay was perfect…property is super clean and cozy, close to everything, walking distance to beach. Quiet time overall down here and it was perfect for what we were looking for. The condo is packed with everything you could need to a short or long term stay. Lisa was awesome, answered questions promptly and was very attentive to make sure we had all we needed. We will be looking to stay here again if we come back this way. Would highly recommend!!!

Absolutely Perfect – So Good We’re Buying One!

We cannot say enough great things about this condo in Corolla! From the moment we walked in, it felt like the perfect beach escape – beautifully decorated, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor shower was a great touch after a day at the beach.The location is unbeatable – just a short walk to the beach, close to shops and restaurants, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful community. The pool added even more fun to our stay.We loved it so much that we decided to buy one of our own in the same community! That’s how special this place is. Huge thanks to the hosts for creating such a welcoming and comfortable experience. We’re already looking forward to returning – this time as neighbors!

This is our 2nd vacation rental Sail Away OBX. We recently moved to Corolla where Lisa co-hosts other local vacation rentals. We would still love to host your vacation and want nothing but the greatest experience for your family and/or friends.

As a guest at SAIL AWAY OBX you have access to the community pool with loungers and outdoor volleyball court. Get in your steps on your scenic 7-8 minute walk to - two beach accesses onto Whalehead Beach, the largest, least crowded expansive beach location in Corolla, all without having to cross any major highways. There is mini golf and ice cream located across the street for a fun evening out. Located near the 4x4 beach wild horse sanctuary, Corolla lighthouse, Restaurants, Whalehead Club, Shopping and more. A perfect place for bike riding, walking on wide open paths, and enjoying nature.
