Lovely 1 BR/ 2 BA condo in charming Duck, NC. This second-floor condo is perfect for couples or small families. It features a spacious living room w/ sleeper sofa, an updated, well-stocked kitchen and dining area, master bedroom with queen bed, two full baths, and a bunk bed alcove in the hallway.

Enjoy beautiful ocean views from the large deck! Oceanside: our beach access is on the property with no roads to cross. Just a short walk across the lawn and you're at the water.

Free WiFi, flat screen tv w/ cable, books, and games are provided.

Colony by the Sea is an easy 15 minute walk to the Village of Duck with restaurants, shopping, and a beautiful sound-side boardwalk! The community has an oceanfront pool (open seasonally, weather permitting) w/ outside showers, sundecks, a new play area, tennis courts, grills, and picnic tables. It also has a boardwalk/ stairs across the dunes and private community beach access.

Please note this is a second-floor condo in a building with no elevator. (Four half-flights of stairs) You have one reserved parking space directly next to the stairwell. (Additional parking is available in the west lot.)

NEW FOR 2024 - LINENS ARE PROVIDED. There is a laundry facility on the ground floor of the building. NOTE: BEDSPREADS AND PILLOWS ARE IN THE UNIT, BUT PLEASE USE YOUR DISCRETION AND BRING YOUR OWN BLANKETS AND PILLOWS IF YOU WISH.

Great condo in Duck

My wife, 2 kids (6 and 8 years old) and I spent a week here. The space was clean, everything was just as it was listed, and very close to the pool and beach access. The owners were quick to respond any time we had a question. We had a great vacation here!
