Perfect for our family! An excellent backyard with a covered grill area and a pool, lounge chairs etc. A quick walk to the beach where you’ll find dozens of restaurants. Very safe, quiet neighborhood with a grocery store just dow the street. The house had everything we could have asked for and communication with the host was awesome.

Great Location!

We had a work crew of 5 stay at this location and everyone was very happy with the accommodations, hopefully we can rent this property again next year!

The house was amazing. The outside was perfect. The communication of the host was quick. Nice location. Walked to beach and restaurants and stores. Plenty of room and nicely equipped. Ladies get away. We all loved it!!

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for our group of 8. Enjoyed the pool daily. Short walk to Hollywood Beach and restaurants. Would recommend to stay here.

New Years Vacation

We had a fabulous time at this property. It’s perfect for a big family gathering. The setup is perfect for a large group - multiple bathrooms, multiple bedrooms with various size beds, kitchen and open living room with TV and sectional, and back yard with lots of seating. Easy walk to the beach. House was clean and well stocked with the basics. Highly recommend

Hollywood villa

Very nice house and pool. Very easy to get in touch with the property manager and they were very responsive. Very nice neighborhood, easy and pleasant walk to the beach. we did bring some of our own kitchen utensils such as a slow cooker and large pots. The propane grill worked fine but needs a good cleaning of the outside. Our family enjoyed the stay and we had a great time.

Perfect location, just like pics!

We had a fantastic stay at this rental home! We stayed for 8 nights with 7 people (youngest was 12, oldest was 75) and everyone had a great time. The house is super clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the appliances looked new, every room has a bathroom (only 2 share), the A/C worked perfectly and there was a TV in each room, though we only watched in the living room due to the comfy auto-recline couches. The outdoor space is actually better than the pics as the pool is well-maintained and the covered area has big fans, lots of seating, a sink, and a fridge. Mini-golf is on the side (have to bring your own ball, but has several putters), and a covered grill is in the large backyard space. We didn’t use the spa (it was July), but it looked nice. The rental company was responsive, the house had plenty of beach towels (have to bring your own chairs, umbrellas, and cooler or you can rent) and the laundry/dishwasher were lifesavers. Everything you could need is right in the area. The beach is a short walk away (8 mins) and is well-maintained, family-friendly, and huge so you can spread out. The Broadwalk has every type of food, shop, entertainment, etc. Publix is right up Hollywood Blvd and so are shops, restaurants, and easy access to go north to Fort Lauderdale or south to Miami. We had so much fun at Senor Frogs and spent a lot of time strolling the broadwalk with ice cream and drinks. The locals seemed friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this home and would stay again!
