KICKBACK AND RELAX. Everything you need is here and the island is packed with activities! Very accommodating condominium has tile floors throughout, plush furniture, great corner island kitchen with breakfast bar, dining/game table plus a rocking chair and lounge chair on the Gulf view patio! Spacious master suite and nice guest room both offer private baths. What more do you need do it all or do nothing at all. that's island life! Features an A floor plan: Living room upstairs, bedrooms downstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest bedroom has two twin beds and the living room has a twin futon for an additional guest! Tile flooring throughout the unit. New furniture in living area and master bedroom. Dining: Table with 6 chairs. 2 barstools. There is a 42 flat screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo in the living room, a 32 flat screen TV in the master bedroom and a 32 flat screen Smart TV (No cable access) in the guest bedroom. Laundry room has a stack washer and dryer. Patio furniture: Table with 2 chairs, 1 rocker, 1 reclining chair and ottoman. Wireless internet. Keyless lock on entry door.

Great spot for a quiet peaceful gateway
The place was very nice however there are serious electrical issues :no lights in the master bedroom and microwave was out of order. It took way too long to have it fixed. No hot water for shower was a serious problem but that got fixed in 1 day. I would ask the management to inspect the property before renting it out.
