Great place for lengthy stay (we stayed 3 months). The pics look lot better than onsite but place was still lovely residence to stay. Nice location within gated community. 2 main bedrooms and third with pullout sofa. Lighting wasn’t bright for the third BR but we just utilized it for its desk and host was able to ship out a desk lamp that helped. Nice big side by side fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser that was very handy as well as Kcup coffee maker. Toaster but no toaster oven. Kitchen knives dull so I bought a few new ones and left there after I departed along with additional utensils (tongs, grater, ice cream scoop, mesh strainer, wood cutting board) and frying pan. Trash bin was too big for the Costco 13 gallon trash so I got a smaller 13 gallon bin for use. Brightly lit kitchen and dining room with large dining table. Nice big screen TVs in living room and bedrooms. Large sectional in living room! Laundry washer and dryer was handy albeit in cramped closet space. Careful to keep bathroom doors after a shower as the hallway smoke sensitive to steam. Host was very responsive to text. Ample parking in guest spots outside building. Never used the community pool. Safe and quiet community for daily evening walks. Publix supermarket within 5 min and Costco about 15 min away. Clean place and I got swiffer wet and dry wipes to maintain during our stay which didn’t require much since we don’t wear shoes inside the home. Would stay again if revisiting.
