Play room in the basement along with space for storage. Hardwood floors throughout and FULLY FURNISHED. Driveway in the back of the house can park 2 cars side by side.

Poppleton Park is a very popular neighborhood because of its close proximity to downtown and the parks in the area. Downtown is a 5 minute walk, Kroger and the Mobile convenience store are both 3 blocks away.

The home has been designed for many people to enjoy. It's an open floor plan but at the same time you can feel privacy when in the separate rooms.
