THE MAIN FLOOR is open-concept and flooded with natural light. The chef's kitchen flows to a dining table, over to a living room with plush furniture, a Smart TV, and a vintage-style record player. You cook together, eat together, and spend time together — the way family reunions should feel.

THE KITCHEN is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a complete coffee station (Keurig, drip, French press). Bring your family recipes — we've stocked everything you need to make them.

THE BACKYARD is private and fenced, with a propane BBQ grill, a fire pit, and comfortable outdoor seating — a calm place to end the day.

THE BEDROOMS each have a queen bed with premium cotton linens, blackout curtains, and room to breathe. The primary bedroom includes a dedicated workspace. Two bedrooms include private Smart TVs. We also have a pack-n-play if needed!

THE BASEMENT is a finished family space with a 14-game vintage arcade, ping pong, a 65" Smart TV, and a shelf of board games, puzzles, and books. A place for grandchildren to play while adults linger upstairs.
