Clean Single-Family Home, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Beautiful Beaches nearby!
Maximum 6 adults and 2 children allowed. Come experience the life on the island. Super clean and in a great location on the Northwest side of the Island. You get the best of both worlds in this neighborhood that has roosters that roam freely and may crow early in the morning (we recommend earplugs or noise-reduction device), the house is near highway #2 that is full of restaurants, bars, shopping and beautiful beaches with a spacious backyard which has over 12 local fruit and vegetable trees. Heading to the beach? Feel free to use the cooler, towels and beach chairs!
This single-family ranch style house has an open concept with a fully equipped kitchen that has ceiling fans and has air-conditioning, the master bedroom has a queen size bed & full bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a full-size bed and Bedroom #3 has a full-size bed and twin bunk beds. The Laundry room is off the garage with a half bathroom. Easy check in and out!
This house is located in Yeguada barrio. We have added a push button generator for electrical outages and have a large water reserve tank for water outages!! Come and experience Island living here!
