Thank you for your feedback and for mentioning the warm welcome and beautiful backyard views. - For future guests, we’d like to clarify that the home is fully up to code. Because it sits on natural terrain, guests may perceive a slight tilt in the front area. After your message, we promptly sent our contractor, who confirmed the structure is level and safe. Evidence we sent you and was acknowledged by you. - An illustrated Welcome Guide with photos, directions, and amenity instructions is provided with every reservation via PDF. - When we checked the movie setup, we found the projector had been damaged, It has since been replaced, and the problems wasn't the batteries. As a courtesy, no charge was passed on. - This is a rustic countryside retreat with cozy, cabin-style proportions. Ceiling height is typical for this type of home (container house); very tall guests may wish to keep this in mind. First time I heard about this being an issue, I will include the ceilings high in the description. - Regarding the refund, the guest informed us they would not be staying and they left not because of the house, they left to take their flight back home. We offered the refund if they didn't felt the house wasn't a right fit. - We appreciate the acknowledgment of our responsiveness and wish you safe travels.
