Cosy one bedroom apartment in a quiet green neighbourhood only 10 minutes’ walk from lively historical city centre and 1 minute walk from Ljubljanica river embankment Špica, where you can enjoy easy-going local vibe or bask in the sun.
Free parking is provided in front of the building.

Completely renovated and newly furnished apartment located on the 4th floor of the typical mid-century residential building consist of:
KITCHEN with fridge, freezer, induction cooker, basic kitchen utensils (includingand electric kettle and toaster ) and pantry essentials (salt, oil, spices, tea, coffee, pasta …),
BEDROOM with comfortable double bed and a love-seat.
Small BATHROOM with shower and hairdryer.
Fresh linen and towels are included.
Free Wi-Fi.
Other things to note
There is no elevator in the building.
As a tourist in Ljubljana, you have to pay 3,13€ tourist tax per day per person. This cost will be charged at your arrival.
