The king bed in the 2nd bedroom was awful so hard and squeaky with ever move - went and bought mattress toppers still awful . Did report . Other than that everything was great conveniently located . The horse riding on turn was nice for our grandchildren we did not ride but they had a petting zoo, pond for fishing and gem panning and playgrounds, nice place to spend several hours for no cost .
